viruses and Bacterias as well as various toxins have been used since long time to kill others. biological warfare is certainly the most cruel and most coward way of solving any problem. yet it has been practiced by millions - killing husband or wife by poisoning, poisoning "enemies", as well as biological warfare or use of nuclear bombs to kill others by the destructive nature of wrong radiations.
in world war 2, as well as in more recent wars, various biological or toxic "weapons have been developed and many of them actually deployed against "enemies" and of course millions of civilians, babies and children as well as women or elderly.
all these chemicals used against others have at one point always bounced back to the origin - the inventors and supporters of such toxic and cruel "weapons".
example:
agent orange has done much harm to the local population in Vietnam during AND after the actual Vietnam war !! ... BUT something no government likes to admit IN PUBLIC to its own people, to its own taxpayers and supporters - and still it is a true and absolute fact: agent orange has bounced back and hit MANY US soldiers !!
even decades AFTER its actual use in Vietnam - NOW, today in the year 2002 - there are MANY Vietnam war veterans actively and violently SUFFERING from the minimal exposure THEY had to agent orange. minimal exposure as opposed and compared to the amount and degree of exposure by all Vietnamese military, civilians, babies, children and NON-military having lived in the sprayed and intoxicated areas !! the homeland of dozens of millions of Vietnamese has been intoxicated - and yet they ALL have to live there. no proper and total detoxification of all country is ever possible. all have to suffer trough the damage that has been done.
NOW - more than 20 years after Vietnam war there are MANY US veterans of Vietnam war still suffering of cancer and other cruel diseases of unknown origin. many of them Die - year after year - NOW these very months and years - as s direct result of exposure to and application of cruelty intended to be used ONLY against OTHERS !! all those suffering from certain severe symptoms and illnesses are given free medical treatment by US government as the government indirectly acknowledges the possibility of particular severe fatal illnesses as being caused by AGENT ORANGE EXPOSURE of its own soldiers.
who ever exposes others to cruelty, whoever PLANS cruelties against others and whoever supports, finances, invents or produces parts used for such cruelties against humanity MUST face the fact that similar or same cruelty MUST and WILL bounce back to HIM - precisely according to the "Law of Karma".

a most recent activation of potential karma is the case of Anthrax deployed against US facilities and citizens after September 11th 2001. useless to point out all details here in this chapter. but the single most important fact that ALL should realize is:
the bacteria culture Anthrax as used against US population has its ORIGIN in the original US-made Anthrax culture MADE IN USA many decades ago !!
most politicians and military acknowledge at least in their verbal statements in public - to refrain from using biological weapons. international treaties have been signed by many countries around the world to publicly declare to refrain from use of such cruel weapons against humanity, against CREATION. and AGAINST GOD - whatever you do to others you always to to GOD - as ALL humans and non-humans, all creation is made by God and finally a part of God !!
if governments do publicly agree to refrain from the use of biological weapons against others - WHY would they spend hundreds of millions of US $ to "safely" store such destructive Bacterias and toxins for MANY decades ??
very simply - the politicians, military and other parties involved in such treaties LIED when signing any such treaty !! they lied to appease the general public, the voters, the diplomats of the opposed countries, the tax payer and the "enemy" in general ! they lied to be allowed again to do BUSINESS with the enemy and make profits from the "enemy". storage of such destructive and cruel biological weapons, bacteria and virus and other destructive toxins is done because those people IN CHARGE in such countries keep them to USE them occasionally - just in case !
The potential readiness to EVENTUALLY use cruel means of destruction such as biological weapons, nuclear weapons or chemical weapons - even in most extreme situations - consist a CLEAR act of violence !! the pure existence of stored ancient bacteria culture or toxins of any kind in a country is a CLEAR proof that at least SOME "high ranking" leaders, military or politicians are ready to reconsider an eventual and possible PRACTICAL USE of such destructive material AGAINST humanity and creation !
such persistent readiness to EVENTUALLY use such ILL and absolutely NON-spiritual means against whomever is a very CLEAR ACT AGAINST THE FIRST AND GREAT COMMANDMENT OF LOVE. such acts call for karma - and the only karma of someone being ready for DECADES to eventually and possibly use such biological or chemical weapons is a clear act of pure destructive violence. it is mental violence - because by simply HAVING the technical means and knowhow to reproduce such cruel means is used as indirect ( non verbal ) means to put other countries under pressure. the pure possession of knowledge and initial cultures of such devastating Bacterias and other illnesses or destructive chemicals or any other mass destructive weapons or technologies is USED actively to IMPRESS others and create fear and also to create readiness to OBEY and subdue others by the apparently "stronger" ones.
god will always protect the creation and all weak but loving ones. as only the truly loving ones are strong in the absolute sense as they will survive all deaths and survive all disaster and return HOME to God, while ail others using or possessing or planning destructive weapons of any kind may FIRST have to pay their karma and live and experience what they have done to others before being possibly able to return home some times later - AFTER they all have learned to only love and nothing but love all in all situations of eternal life !
in the very recent case of Anthrax used against its very own inventors - the USA - you all see that it NEVER pays off to plan any possible cruelty or store the POTENTIAL to commit such act of cruelty against creation. the full force of YOUR potential planned cruelty might bounce back to YOU - BEFORE you have applied it the first time against any one else - just to remind you of YOUR CRUEL DESTRUCTIVE POTENTIAL !! having a destructive weapon by itself is already karma that NEEDS to act on its owner !!
the "Law of Karma" is a leaning and teaching tool made for all those who accept a possible NON-loving solution as being acceptable and feasible. all those paying, supporting, voting for military or any government body using any kind of pressure mental or emotional or physical - are committing a crime AGAINST GOD and all creation and may have to face the karma needed to make them FEEL what they cause to OTHERS. the Law of Karma NEVER affects God Lovers as God Lovers only LOVE !!
every body can make once a mistake - like inventing something really destructive or dangerous. but as soon as you realize the POTENTIAL danger of any of your PLANS, inventions or actions - it is then YOUR spiritual obligation to instantly dissolve all your plans in divine LOVE or to immediately destroy in a neutral, for creation non-destructive way, all potentially dangerous plans or actions or products that you have already created
whatever you do, or plan - -learn to make plans that can be totally and absolutely controlled, financed and realized BY YOU alone ! learn to be modest and plan and realize projects that are at any given time under your full and sole control and supervision. make only plans that YOU alone can realize, including all financing and production and maintenance AS WELL as disposal by the end of its use.
ALL aspects of ANY project - from the very beginning of its initial planning in your MIND until its final disposal or end of use - any and every project must serve ALL creation in a loving way. all aspects of any project must be beneficial to every single part of the entire planet AND creation.
To learn to love and to actually love and hence to prove our true spiritual maturity is the only true purpose of our being here on earth - far away from God.
