Leaving an employer always needs to be advised to the employer asap
no matter what your contract says,
the sooner you tell your decision to your employer the better for BOTH parties
honesty is absolute and an employer is as much a child of God as you and me !
hence he needs to get as much time as possible to fill your vacant position in the company. the moment you have made a firm decision - is the moment to inform your employer of your decision. anything else would be sneaking out the back door.
there certainly are numerous job opportunities and you will have looked at all potential employers such as google, yahoo, United Nation, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDO, ... and thousands of other top companies
Top income jobs have no working hours - top jobs are 24/7
the question is simple - normal salary like all else - hence a FRACTION of what many IT pros have - and freedom to live - or your salary and being part of the inventory 24/7. since more than 35 years i have NO fixed working hours, God never has fixed working hours - you have to do your job and create the energy to maintain a healthy spiritual life! its your responsibility to grow strong enough to meet the requirements of real jobs.
it is common practice that from a certain salary UP - about 2000-3000+ US$ - you no longer have a fixed working time but basically belong to the company except the hours they leave you off or the hours you take off after all work done
that was my own working experience as WELL - TOP PAY means FULL time job - day and night 7 days a week ...
I did it several times in my life for a year or so
each time to finance my future - education, travel, etc
re growing strong
you are right
just take your time
it took me many ten thousands of hours and thousands of experiences and hundreds of sleepless nights
it may take all others as long
love and bliss
