As per your advice I intimated the company about my decision. But the company is not at all happy about it. Understandable because what it actually means is that. 1) The company first need to find a replacement 2) The company needs to spend few thousand dollars to get him here. 3) The new resource will need additional time to understand those things that I am taking with me, which can be at least one month. 4) The client is happy the way things are going on now, it won't be great news for him at all as he was expecting me to be an expert in the area that I work, for future project probably. 5) Summary:If I leave now there is possible adverse business impact to the company.

The CEO suggested me a compromise solution. They want me not to search for job for some 2 and half months. Basically, they want me to stay till october i.e. till the project ends.

Hence, I decided as I can understand the problem and I don't want to leave the company in bad taste, I will start searching for job only after 2 months.

But there is small chance that I still leave the company earlier. That will happen only if get an offer from my Dream Company (which requires a miracle), which I have already applied. In that case I will try to push my joining data as late as acceptable to that company.
