Pain is the result of blocked energy. Healing requires energy to flow - Healing requires action
The training I self-imposed was the result of a previous serious accident at age of 11 when doctors prescribed absence of school sport due to excessive pain. It was one of the wrongest possible decisions and pain lasted for some 4 years until age 16 despite the heavy work during on the farm and despite heavy sports activity after the one year absence of school sport.
Pain is the result of blocked energy. Healing requires energy to flow. Healing is the result of a certain amount of energy. Depending on the amount of healing required, a particular increase in energy flow is needed to achieve that healing goal within a given time.
The time that is needed to heal any accident or illness is decided by the amount of energy you allow to flow.
Pain is the result of wrong energy or no energy flowing. Pain is caused by accident, by weakness, by ego as a trick. Pain serves to obtain pity ... Pity is a poor base to live and be happy.
After the car accident at age 19 I remembered the mistakes and wrong decisions made at age 12 and decided to take full control of my own medical condition. Hence the intense training, build up within days and weeks following the 4.5 months of full upper-body cast I carried for the 2 broken vertebrae.
I made my own training schedule but took advantage of professional sport trainers / coaches.
My best medical doctor for my own body always was myself in my life - God guides if you allow God to guide you. God to heal your own body however needs a strong body and free flowing energy. Hence I created that strong and healthy environment inside and outside. I simply followed my instincts based on all previous experiences and independent of doctors opinions. My will and goal was to be strong and healthy - all I did is to work the right way to maintain health and strength and to further increase both.
6 hours martial arts per day in addition to a regular job is nothing particular - its done by thousands who want to achieve a particular goal in life. & hours of any kind of intense training is thinkable by all who really want to achieve the one goal they work toward! 6 hrs per day is thinkable and practicable by anyone and all who want. It is a mere question of clear decision and will power - nothing else and nothing more. Anyone who plans to become a champion or top player in any sport has z6 or more hrs of PT daily in addition to his daily duties and full time job.
Keep in mind that all those men and women who make this world really go round are working all far more than 6 hours per day. People like farmers who feed the world, miners who bring up all the oar needed for industry, construction workers who make our all homes, schools, hospitals, and millions of others ...
None of all these hard working men and women ever has time off or surrenders to weakness or pain. There are millions who know their job and work each single day of life until all job successfully done.
To be successful in training you need to listen to your body, to prepare your body, to build up your body in a steady training program until body strong. When body strong then body healthy and ready for real life and hence also ready for real spiritual lessons and their practical application in daily life!
Absence from training results in absence from success. To have pain to seek vacation from tough training leads to no other goal but to ongoing weakness. Weakness is the beginning of the end. Look at nature - animal or flora - what happens to weak creatures? Look at nature - learn from nature.
You want to succeed in your life you need to BE strong. To be strong you need to practice - to overcome your present weakness you need to practice MORE rather than to take time off due to pain. Pain is proof of failure to really want to progress. An attempt to sneak out and take the easy road. Easy road to an eternal life among weak and ill ones ...
Strain is result of weak body - weak body needs to be built up in a smart way, step by step - with a coach, with you as the main coach plus professional advice. The key to strength however is your own decision to succeed in life. In eternal life!
Massage your strain area, move more, gently but more, increase training, step by step within next few weeks. Vary your training - like 3-4 different exercises at a time: martial arts, swimming, gym plus another outdoor sport - total 15-20 hrs per week to start. Start gently but steadily increase day by day. The more pain you have, the more work needs to be done - the right way. Get yourself Tiger Balm and massage all strained area - then warm up your body better each day before actual training starts. Turn your body into a flexible and strong tool on your path of love to God.
On weekends you take time off your sport and spend time for recreation - recreation like mountain climbing, bicycle tours, kayaking, trekking, surfing, windsurfing, etc. Such easy alternate weekend program allows the body to adapt to real life fun and open air activities needed to increase flow of kundalini.
There is a time in life to focus on rehabilitation - that's NOW for you - rehabilitation is needed for all weak ones. Once you are strong and healthy, it will be time to spiritually progress better and faster. Each time in life - each phase in life serves a particular purpose like each year at school serves a purpose and a greater goal - graduation. Spiritually it is the same, each lesson in life has a particular value and serves the one goal - spiritual graduation resulting in maha samadhi and oneness with God, thus freedom in God for remainder of eternity.
Now you have surrendered to weakness, to pain, to your ego ... Time to change - today - else its time to prepare funeral. Weak ones and ill ones die sooner or later, who knows when .... Strong ones have fun eternally. Make up your mind and act accordingly. It's your life, your future, your happiness or death.
Be prepared - for freedom or to die - both are goals, both cost money, both cost efforts, both are opposite in their nature and eternal results.
God bless
