Dearest Hans.
I replied to one of the requests for posting on this forum. All seems to be working at my end. I'm glad the forum is up and running because I discovered that I overlooked an important instruction for my Kryia practice: I 've been practicing for nearly a year. I checked back on your instructions for doing the various exercises a couple of weeks ago and to my dismay I discovered that I had not been increasing the Kryia Prayanama by one cycle monthly!! How I could have missed this, since your instructions are so clear, really gave me pause. I thought that I had wasted nearly a year of time. But then it occured to me that our Holy Father was trying to slow me down. That I was not yet ready to build intensity in my practice. (I started my increase on November 1st and am doing 2 cycles of Kriyia Pranayama and will increase to 3 in December}. Is this correct? I've said before that I'm really struggling with Yama and Niyama; meat, wine and praying about my faults has not been a priority, though I am integrating that into my practice now. Please advise when you have time.
With all love,
Suzanne
P.S. Hope that the recent hurricane left you unscathed and that your beautiful islands and the people there are not suffering.
