A person needing help is the one to ASK for help

because the person needing help only is the one to do ALL the steps and work needed
he can READ all and practice all

if all on earth would do so, then no one ever would have any problems any longer

those who WANT to create attention by causing troubles
shall be free to do so

but never at your expense
each one cause troubles always has to do so at HIS expenses
it's HIS life - his future - he decides to create problems instead of being a solution, then that is HIS free choice to do so.

You want him to change - but who says that he wants the same from the bottom of his heart ? if he would want an orderly working life - then he would have chosen so on his own and his life would be different now from what it is.
