To make others happy is the result of your own true love

To be happy is the result of being loved. To love means to:

• fulfill other persons wishes
• satisfy other peoples need
• be a source of love
• be a source of caresses
• be a source of hugs
• be with the loved one whenever needed
• share all life - all experiences with loved ones
• be a stronghold for others
• protect others
• free others
• maintain or re-establish freedom for others
• feel and know what others need

You can make others happy by affirming their needs - by saying YES to their needs and by becoming an active source of fulfillments of all their true innermost needs - very particularly a source of all variations of love expressed by others.

The opposite of love is denying other people's wishes or desires, rejecting love from others or denying love to others for whatever personal reason always leads to emotional stress and distress - hence the opposite of true happiness.

Making others happy is the essential source of your very own happiness as well as your own feeling of being love-worthy. Learning to make as many happy as possible is a very basic skill all mankind needs to learn - here and now on earth before returning home to God.

What factors do facilitate making / being happy ?

1. Simple and humble life style - the less outer factors and material goods you need for our happiness, the easier it is to maintain happiness.
2. Sharing as many hours and activities together with loved ones and living partner
3. A productive job in a family business like environment where all family can participate actively in work, activities and experiences
4. Natural living environment
5. Small but separate living quarters for each individual family - surrounded by a belt of garden or wild nature
6. Regular daily hours and nights entirely reserved for partnership and family
7. Use gentle and humble words of love when communicating with others
8. Focus and emphasize on common points, common interests, common goals rather than on differences between you and loved ones.

What factors endanger happiness

• Expensive life style
• Complicated life style
• Many different activities
• Many different persons in regular contact
• Experiences and work without loved ones and without partner. Activities you live separately from each other separate you, while experiences and work done together join you or strengthen true partnership and happiness
• Life in artificial environment. Nature is a very vital and substantial part of daily re-balancing for your emotional, mental and spiritual body as well as your physical health. Artificial living environment leads to im-balanced energy on all levels and hence to illness.
• Any activity or habit endangering health also endangers happiness and relationships
• Anything that restricts the full and free flow of love between you and others
• Anything that limits the amount of time spent together
• Anything that keeps you from spending all time and all activities together
• Laws and contracts of any kind
• Limits, borders and frontiers of any kind
• Restriction of freedom of any kind for any reason
• Anything that restricts or prohibits the free expression and practice of individuality of each and every human or animal or other being
• Anything that causes pain of any kind to others also destroys your own happiness and thus your very own partnership and family
