The rule for adjusting your own hourly fee to charge to others is
straight and simple,
you are a business man, a professional of any kind
and you charge exactly the very same amount as YOU GIVE or PAY to OTHERS
when you NEED or USE their services.

example if you are a mechanic and work at home and charge 40 $ per hours
- then you go to a shoe repair or tailor and ask him to repair your
shoes or jeans - then you pay 40$ per hour FOR HIS work. THAT is honest
payment - anything less you would be willing to pay would be greed and
stinginess. anything less to offer to others would mean YOU feel BETTER
than others or you consider OTHERS to be inferior to YOU ...

to charge MORE than you are willing to pay for OTHER peoples services is
a combination of greed and stinginess all at once - the worst of all
diseases and one of the most detrimental to relationship and love life
as well. such behavior always is displayed in ALL your actions - in love
toward and from others as well.

that means

next time you go to India and use a ricksha driver for an hour
you offer him whatever you charge yourself in Germany or USA or any
country you live and work whatever YOU charge to YOUR customers in your
country independent of the difference in price level between the two
countries in question.

if you then feel that you could never afford any such services
there are a few options free to change your situation

1.
charge less for your own services

if YOU are cheaper - then YOU also will find cheaper housing and cheaper
services matching your own income and your own readiness to equally and
honestly share with all.

once several years ago in Munich i had a patient - a single mother with
a son, she was hard working as a truck driver, later she got a job as a
bus driver for long distance tourist buses. much of her income was
invested in the education for her son. she was spiritual, never
complained about anything in life ...
and she had - mid 1990-ties in Munich a HOUSE with garden for DM 360 -
some 180 US $ per months
TRULY loving persons who always put the welfare and happiness of OTHERS
before their own personal needs always get much cheaper whatever they
need to be happy !!!!!!

HER faith in God was so perfect - one day her small dog was very
seriously ill - the dog had so much pain in his renal area that walking
was almost impossible - instead of going to a veterinary - she brought
her dog to me for spiritual healing - and God healed her do ... for free
- just for love.

2.
improve the qualification and quantity of work
increase the output, the services and products offered TO OTHERS
to have more income and hence more to share with / pay others

keep in mind that before God ALL are equal - all are divine and beloved
children of God
all are entitled to the very same level of work according to their own
efforts to love and give and share
the value of a person never depends on his profession
the value of a person depends on ow much LOVE he includes WITH his
services and work given or shared with you and all ...

use less services FROM others to create a balance between your income
and your expenses of life

later - at home in our divine eternal home in God
we always give ALL to all who need whatever we have to offer or can
create FOR them
we do it all for free - zero money - for LOVE only

Back in Baguio city now - i see many changes since last visit.
ALL important businesses i see are stepping up
changing
improving
making business more pretty
better service
longer opening hours

Bruno has no more girl friend
now he has flowers on each table again
how much a wrong relationship can pull a person down ...

at the beginning of my visit he was swearing again - like so typical for
Swiss
may be Swiss are world champions in swearing and word abuse ...
that's the impression that is left from my 20 years in Switzerland
during childhood

then after a while all his steam was lost and he gently switched from
swearing to paying compliments

he started to pay compliments to his employees
said that he has the best employees of all
they never know - he only said it to me
so i called all his employees to our table
told them Bruno's opinion
he added "that's true" !
all smiled happily

Jackie is back at Bruno's swiss deli restaurant as well - like an angel
each place needs at least one ANGEL
about 2 years ago she had a baby - now she started working again

Bruno is also upgrading his place
coffee room in front
dining room in back
dancing downstairs
opening hours past midnight are planned

lots of investment in love, efforts and money

others step up as well

service again

just next to it another new 24 hrs Internet cafe - with real brewed
coffee for guests !!

Pizza volante - the flying pizza restaurant with gorgeous pizza - dine
in or take out - the pizza i loved since years here in Baguio
just about 100 mtrs above Prime Hotel on Session road
a small place - seating 30+ - excellent service - many different Italian
style snacks as well and many different pizze with rich toppings
now also open day and night - 24 hrs
i had a delicious vegetarian pizza after midnight and counted still some
20+ persons - mostly young ones, proof that good quality always attracts
customers

many new music or dancing places are now open until past midnight
if people work harder and better,
then they also need better places to enjoy and have fun after work or
during work breaks !!

the new SM mall above the large bus terminal next to session road is
fully open and an excellent place for shopping
one of the largest malls in the Philippines with a wide selection of
just about anything you may need
i9 got a electric water heating pot for tea - i love to have again more
often herbal tea and found a shop with a nice selection of various
herbal teas

my place in Baguio usually is Burnham hotel - they too improved service
and have a new delicious menu for the in house restaurant with mainly
Chinese food

all over Baguio new places, old places nicer, larger, better
or old places gone and replaced by new ones
either you progress in life or absorbed by the progress of others around you

like in jungle - strong trees survive - weak ones die and are replaced
by new ones

exactly like in love life
every year improvement
every year spiritual progress
every year new ways to express love
all

and all that is reflected in business and overall quality of life as well
the equality of love is directly proportional to the quality of work

all are becoming more professional
those who fail
may disappear from the scene of business very suddenly

Bruno's point - and reason of his frequent swearing - however is
certainly fully correct
his problems with his employees are very typical for the Philippines
they reflect the overall attitude in love life as well
Philippinas are may be world champion in ENJOYING life, love and sex
in accepting love in any way presented to them

however giving, caring FOR others, making OTHERS happy as well
that seems to be out of their imagination or intention
Philippinas never think of giving - but are fully professional in
receiving - anything - everything - but mainly money, gifts and love

the point is how to teach the physiology of love
that receiving requires first giving
in all
in job as well

making customers in restaurants or any other business happy never is a
part their intention
just receiving gifts and tipping is all they mostly think of -
hence the salary is about 3 $ sometimes even less but somehow
proportional to the love and attention given to customers

at Bali Hai that situation is even much worst
quality of service near zero
among the very worst worldwide
if the number of customers is greater than the number of waitresses -
then we have a emergency situation exceeding the giving / working
potential of our waitresses at bali hai ...

that again may reflect a divine principle:

- one girl is made for one man - her husband
- one man is made for one girl - his wife
- anything else is a violation / raping of a divine principle and
leading to stress and unnatural situations against the innermost nature
of mankind

to serve many at once correctly and with love ...
always husband PLUS wife are required !!

shouting or swearing results in no improvements at all
only explaining in real and practical examples the relationship of
amount received to amount given may lead to improvements and progress
progress however MUST be
there is no evolution of creation without steady and substantial progress

imagine you still continue your love affair and relationship NOW these
days as you did 5 or so years ago
that would mean a total failure to spiritually progress
to get closer and refine harmony between two
the very same applies for work and business as well
we all prepare for our eternal life at home - in God or Heaven - however
you may look at it or call it

there
life is very substantially different and far more demanding in purity of
love and quantity of love flowing on a permanent basis
hence our steady learning to step up our efforts at work are a
measurable practical preparation

keep on investing months after months
10-20 % of your gross income each month should go forward into
improvements and professional education
another 10 or so % from gross income may go months after months into charity
then tomes the rent and running cost of your business
the balance is for your family

if that is insufficient or your happy family,
then you have to improve quality of your work and quantity of your work
or reduce obsolete expenses needed to nurse your ego

for that reason each man has the divine duty to grow strong before
starting a family and relationship of any kind
how long that takes entirely depends on your efforts
some are strong and financially totally free at the age of 18 - 20
others still are far immature and weak at the age of 40
it's only a question of focus, efforts and amount of invested overall
resources into your basement of life - a solid profession

a solid profession NEVER can be learned at school or college or university
but only in real practical work

Bruno has worked many many years abroad - in USA and Singapore as
architect for large and important projects like power plants and similar
- to earn experiences and money as well
now he is ready to steadily improve
all improvement and success are only possible on the basis of most
intense year or decade long work creating a solid basis of experience in
life and work

competition makes is possible to progress - if you see others doing
better, being better, loving better
then you have 2 choices
