often in a job done only for survival and never for love and pleasure

while some investors or businessmen may run out of money to invest
there is ONE investment even the very poorest can make
one investment even the very poorest can become truly and
internationally successful in life and business

QUALITY

quality has nothing at all to do with money and even less with education
if i look at HRM graduates - Hotel and Restaurant Management - and
compare them with normal "untrained" waiters or cooks
then it is very obvious

the best cooks are those cooking with love, with care, wishing to please
customers, desiring to be innovative, to change or adapt gourmet food to
the individual need of customers - day after day
the best cooks usually are the owners cooking for their own restaurant

the best waiters and waitresses here are those in simple small
restaurants - those NEVER having visited any other school for their job
but doing their job with loving care and attention

the very same as for the local situation applies to all business

no matter how poor you are -. if you start a small business that you
love to do - you can easily compete with the largest and most exquisite
restaurants and resorts - here in the Philippines and anywhere in the world

there is one investment almost no financial investors can do - but YOU
can if you want

without true LOVE FOR your customers
you will either fail in your business or you may have to get drunk day
after day to avoid clear perception of the poor quality you provide for
the ones keeping you alive and giving your life content - your customers.

in some countries we have a very elaborate system of apprenticeships for

in most countries we have no such valuable on the job training lasting
many years to provide the real world practice and learning environment
needed to become a true professional

when bosses stay on the customer side of a bar, or in the office
who then will be a true and fully motivated example for ALL employees ??
if owners and bosses are lacking motivation to put hands on in their
very own business
how can you expect anyone to be motivated to make a single customer
