There are many who never feel God's love - hence they disbelief in God or simply deny or reject God's existence. There are however Millions or more who actually FEEL God's love. Some feel God's love daily in various situations or moments of their simple life, while others feel God's love only during special moments when they actually take time to BE LOVED by God. Like moments in church or during actual moments of prayers or in extreme distress.

Say YES to love - to love like God

If you want to be loved by God then you need to act lovable. If you want to feel God's love then you need to be open for God's love. To open for God's love is your responsibility as it is your action against God's other children on earth or beyond that close your heart!

Feelings or plans of retaliaton or revenge poison your heart AND mind. Feelings of deepest sincere love opens your heart and mind and heals you from all your past pain and injuries. There is but one way to prove Love FOR God - that is by proving love for all his children. Proving love for God requires treating all his children equally, honoring their lives, honoring their freedom and above all also honoring their dignity and desire for happiness and love.

There is no love to be felt by you as long as you deny love to a single one of God's children. There shall be no prove of love for you until you have started to love as well. It is your love toward others that finally will initiate the flow of love FROM God toward you - to heal you and to free you from your past.

How is it possible to fight with love ? How is it possible to fight from the bottom of your heart ?

Very simple! All problems are caused by ego, by selfishness, by greed or stinginess, by desire to revenge or retaliate ... Hence by the opposite of love.

All such action of selfishness occur often as a result of

• pain experienced - even pain experienced in earlier lifetimes !!!
• having been betrayed earlier
• having been abused or exploited earlier
• having been suppressed or punished earlier
• hence most of the time such selfish actions are the results of lack of love experienced in earlier life resulting in loss of confidence in the power of love
• never having had parents or living examples to teach by living any better life to serve as an example

Only love can heal pain

If you want to heal revenge or hate - then you need to apply "bombs of love". If your love fails to reach the heart you aim at, if your words fail to penetrate the intellect and drop into the heart ...

Then you need to:

• relax more
• focus more and deeper on God
• take more time for God to deepen and strengthen your ties with God - until you feel centered in God
• refine your love, refine your thoughts
• avoid even more strict any thoughts of punishment or retaliation from your side
• strengthen yourself to open even more for a higher quality of love flowing from God thru you into the hearts in trouble around you !

To fight with love means to withdraw from physical actions

To fight with love from the bottom of your heart may require to withdraw from many or most worldly activities and to refocus on the really important issues of your life on earth. To refocus on the real problems of all mankind on this planet at this very moment.

Do above until you succeed. Whether it takes you a year, a decade, a full lifetime or beyond is of no importance as long as you invest ALL your possible efforts and all your available divine potential into your spiritual uplifting of your own love toward all.

Without forgiveness - there can be no love at all

It is Holy week - time to forgive, time to ask forgiveness, time to love even more than ever before until all have forgiven all. Until all can love all again as members of one divine family in God.

There are situations in life when normally you might surrender before fighting to achieve your goal. Fighting clearly by means of using all legal means, using all available peaceful power, appealing to all available support and facing your "opponents" by all human means.

There is a question above all:

1. why would you want to "fight" ?
2. what do you want to achieve by your actions ?
3. what is the reason and driving force behind your actions ?

Dignity is a most essential human right - to be treated with dignity, to have the dignity of each and every human being honored by all, To be treated like a real human is is a divine birth right and absolutely no one has a right to take that dignity away even from the very poorest ones or from the most unqualified helpers!

Even a monkey never deserves a monkey business deal as it was recently and repeatedly offered to humans! Honesty, sincerity, loyalty to God above all are very basic laws above all relative laws. To treat all humans is a basic need to achieve true peace free from violently enforced peace. Social peace entirely depends on honest treatment of all employees by employers. Trust in Governments depends on trustworthiness of a corruption-FREE government actually implementing simple rules such as minimum wages.

To surrender soon may become a habit by weak ones. If YOU get used to always surrender, without asking for help, without addressing your issue to the Helper of the People / Protector of the People - then one day your surrendering will result in true weakness.

Weakness is what others attempt to exploit. Weak is who needs to accept a deal, weak is who needs to accept ANY deal even the most ridiculous one for the simple reason of need for money to cover most basic needs of life.

To create weakness by creating poverty, by "protecting poverty" by means of NON-implementation of minimum wages is a basis of more short time prosperity for rich ones and industry ... however it never can be the basis of true ever lasting prosperity and lasting friendship and ultimately true love among an entire divine family.

If we never fight, then we never win. If we never fight for our rights, then we always will be kicked in our ass by all means by all those who got used to abuse or exploit weak ones. If however we fight for a just cause - from the bottom of our hearts - with love and by all peaceful means of God gives us - then we have a duty to fight for justice and to fight for the dignity of suppressed and exploited ones. Those who have nothing - have nothing to lose but all to win. Those who have abundance have abundance to share and an abundance of new love to gain if exploitation ends and friendship and love among all starts!

It is Holy week - the week to remember who is the infinite and eternal helper of all mankind - of rich ones as well as of ALL poor and weak ones ... Jesus as well as his heavenly father. God is the source of love and source of help available to all. To pray and ask God for assistance certainly is a must in all cases of abuse and exploitation, in all cases where help or protection is needed Since God is Love - a fight blessed by God only can be a fight of love, by love, by means of love - and never a fight by means of force or violence such as these days ongoing fights in China.

The power of love always shall be infinitely more powerful than the power of arms, weapons and armies of this world. Why thus waste your resources to fight against God by cheating others, by abusing or exploiting others - if justice always will be established by God and by means of God's love!

God shall always help and protect exploited and abused ones, God shall always protect and help weaker ones when ever asked for help by a sincere heart.

On March 17th 2008 was the 6th and supposedly last "hearing" in the case NLRC Case No RAB III-11-120101-07 of the 3 sacked Swiss Chalet employees.

While the MINIMUM WAGE RATES appear to be published BY the Department of Labor and Employment - it was more than apparent that the DoLE had no intentions at all to defend or implement the minimum wages published in the ongoing case of Hotel Restaurant Swiss Chalet's Owner/Manager Hans Hofmann vs his 3 sacked employees.

The Dept of Labor repeatedly attempted to create or "calculate" lowest possible "deals" for the 3 girls - none of these proposals being even near the true amount of backwages and other possible amounts due in this case. At no time was there a legal counseling of rights and law applicable in favor of the 3 girls. The relationship between Swiss Chalet representant and Dept of Labor appeared a teamwork vs the employees.

The Dept of Labor of course denied the 3 girls to receive any counseling ( by me ) in this case. Hence I was just witness of the entire hearing. It also was apparent that none of any employees, the 3 girls NOR any other regular NON-legally qualified employee EVER could find justice in a jungle of law and backdoors where no one defends the rights of exploited employees.

No result was achieved and while the Dept of Labor seem to have promised to the 3 girls this 17th March hearing to be the last one - another hearing date was set for April 4th 2008.

After more than 3 months of hearings in this case, it is apparent that the tactic of Dept of Labor and Hans Hofmann Swiss Chalet seem to be to tire and exhaust the 3 sacked employees and let them run out of courage and out of money as well. until they might be ready to accept what ever monkey business "deal" the Dept of Labor and Hans Hofmann agree.

This is a typical case where Dept of Labor acts vs its own people in favor of business owners. Therefore it was agreed upon by all 3 girls that this WILL be the last hearing and the case NLRC Case No RAB III-11-120101-07 if unsolved after March 17th needs to proceed to Manila.

Since this case and situation also applies to most other remaining employees of Hotel/Restaurant Swiss Chalet as well as to hundreds of thousands of employees from other establishments in the Philippines. I will continue to pursue this case and publish any improvements or results. With the Philippines' Transparency International Ranking in Corruption as low as 131 ( Rank 1 being the most trustworthy countries and a confidence range of 2.3 - 2.7 with 10 being full confidence in authority. The Philippine islands are in need of less corruption, more honesty, less monkey business and more human like behavior in politics and economy. Who if not the Dept of Labor is helper of exploited or abused employees ? Apparently the Dept of Labor was a wrong choice in Papanga.

We will soon find out if there is a "Protector of the People" in the Philippines as well. A protector who can protect regular mortal people without money for lawyers, people without degrees in law, people like farmers, fishermen or just regular employees and workers or helpers serving the country's economy.

People need to have a right for dignity, to be treated with dignity by all, including employers and administration and to be treated with equal rights independent of their wealth or poverty, independent of having a degree in law, other educational degrees or relatives in a higher government position.

One tiny little sparkle of good news and hope for a better future however has appeared on the horizon for Swiss Chalet employees - true or just a rumour to appease me may need evidence. But according to the Meeting I had with the Swiss Chalet representant and the 3 girls on March 10th - I have been assured by the Swiss Chalet rep that the employees NOW receive the legal minimum wages .... No mention of backwages for the many years loyally serving employees.
