Screw your employees - screw your customers, then buy the most powerful security system to stay alive and figure out that you actually screwed yourself more than others. Understand why politicians and CEOs need security.

Yesterday was the meeting of top 3 car manufacturers CEOs in front of Congress as shown extensively in CNN last night. GM, Ford and Chrysler CEOs arriving by private company jet, leaving by private company jet - yet begging for money.

I try to make it short, but that CNN-televised CEO meeting with US Congress extracts were truly moments to smile or laugh. Real life jokes that showed how stupid top paid CEOs can look, behave and actually ARE. Some straight questions were left simply unanswered. No precise plan of action could be named by any of the 3 CEOs - but begging for 25 Billion US$ in a company jet ... One of the CEOs even admitted to have failed to understand a question asked ... a question beyond the limits of his intellect as CEO of a "would like to be global major auto industry".

Sometimes in life you meet or see people who know what they want, who know what they say, who have something real to say .... and sometimes you see people who have nothing to say because they lack any knowledge about real life.

To justify their arrival by company jets instead of regular airlines for the sole reason of "security" however is a factor applying to thousands of other CEOs and to ten thousands of politicians. Company rules are made by CEOs and thus company rules regarding security always can be changed by every qualified CEO!

This reminds me of another CNN interview with the JAL CEO just a few weeks earlier. JAL Chief Executive Officer Haruka Nishimatsu - the JAL-CEO reduced HIS own wage to some 80'000 US$ per year - below the wage of his flight captains - and arrives by public transportation in his JAL office, eats in the JAL cantine just like all other employees and has no need for any security.

What's the difference between a JAL CEO and an America CEO ? Honesty! If a CEO is truly honest, honest to all his employees, honest to all customers and honest to all other business partners, suppliers, etc - then that person has absolutely nothing at all to fear and no reason to hide in company armored vehicles or jets to avoid the "danger" of human contact.

If however you screw all your customers, your business partners, the government, the employees, etc, then you have Millions of reasons to hide day and night. Hide behind armored vehicles, hide behind security and body guards, armored doors and high security buildings, etc.

Honest people have nothing at all to fear. Even if they have power or money. Those always doing the truly best for ALL parties involved in any situation of life always have Millions of protectors. All employees treated with dignity, honesty and love will turn into such CEOs protectors / security guards, all customers treated with dignity and love will protect CEOs, all suppliers and other business partners treated fairly, honestly and lovingly always shall protect all honest CEOs to maintain a mutually prosperous business-relationship.

The very same applies to all government officials, presidents, kings, etc. Those who love all, will be protected by all. Those presidents or government officials who screw all will need protection from all. Protection leading to full isolation from public, from own people, from all customers and business partners. Isolation leads to inner spiritual disharmony and finally to spiritual illness. Isolation also leads to loneliness and to time to review own procedure, review own life - just to figure out that while screwing all nation, all globe, all customers and all governments for a while - actually they have been screwing themselves and robbing themselves of the dignity, honesty and life long reputation., What these CEOs have lost is their freedom to live, to travel and to work in freedom, without security, without fear of getting kicked in their ass for screwing OTHERS.

Honest managers and honest politicians of any hierarchy, any government any company of ture importance always can live without security, without extra benefits nor extra incentives or skyrocketing wages. Honest managers - even for global leading companies - may still earn enough if they get 100'000 US$ per year ... plus a reasonable allowance for truly needed additional expenses, travel or so. Roughly a CEO's pay should never be much more than about twice the wage of a qualified regular employee. Of course a CEO ca earn more than an average employee, but solely based on the fact that a CEO has a 24/7/365 working year with limited hours off and just a few days now and then on leave Hence a true and honest working CEO may easily have an average working hours of twice or more than most other employees.

Looking at yesterday's meeting of the 3 auto industry CEO's - it is apparent than none of them has any true qualifications beyond very basic school education no matter their degrees, titles and diplomas. NO plan of action, NO brilliant ideas, NO creative plans, NO precise facts nor answers nor data provided, NO technical innovations to instantly drive the industry toward green environment friendly and globally affordable technologies. All 3 displayed really stupid faces and no answers of any value. Just arriving in a corporate jet begging for 25 Billion $ of YOUR money ... from YOUR government.

Other countries, other CEOs are little better - but the US CEOs certainly are among those most off-track from reality of normal life!

When you look for a new job in coming years, avoid jobs where a substantial percentage of total revenue goes into leadership and management. Look at the life of CEOs and management, how transparent are their finances, how little if any security do they need. How realistic is their own approach to real life and global economy. How big is that companies true interest in the wellbeing of ALL planet, all people, all customers, all employees, all business partners ?!

If you withdraw any and all financing for security for your government and CEOs and all other celebrities and persons of "public interest", then you force them to behave in a honest way toward all and thus you force them to learn to be in love with all and thus protected by all. As long as people pay security for top level executives on industrial or government level, we give them space and resources to mess with our lives, to mess with our wellbeing and to cheat on us as they please and as long as they can afford to pay for security.

Only those who get screwed may eventually turn into your enemies. Hence stop screwing individuals, stop messing up other people's life, stop messing up other country's internal affairs and you stop having any enemy at all and thus you cease to have reason or need for security. Amidst loved ones all lovers are secure at all times. Fortunately at home in God we all have zero security. Security only is needed in hell - here on earth!

The follow your heart's decision and avoid getting screwed by your own company or government.
