Ideal business size: How many employees are ideal for a business, how does business size affect economy of a business and competitiveness of a business

It is a global trend to have ever increasing business size in most industries. Car manufacturers, banks and other financial institutes, even farms grow, join, expand and hire more people. The reason often is to have a market dominant size and to be world number one in that market.

There is a heavy price included in such expansion or business fusions as experienced in recent decades across most industries. The price is an increasing amount of supervision needed. Increasing control mechanism, increasing management expenses. The larger a business the more monkey business, the more ego oriented decisions and the greater the waste of money and other resources will occur in every business. Every business including countries with the entire political structure needed to run a country economically.

Ideal business size is one family size

God gave freedom to all - that means God's intention was and is that all are their own boss, doing something they love to do, something that is useful and helpful to others. Hence a divine business size is a one family business size with zero employees.

Exceeding that size result in what we experience now these past months and future months to come. A global economy meltdown. The cause are the Trillions of dollars of wasted money across all management and supervision / monitoring levels of all companies during past few decades. Business size above the divine one family size always consumes administrative costs and administrative resources of various nature and always produces red tape, pollution and waste until that company grows to the critical mass of self destruction or bankruptcy. Hence wrong systems never need to be fought - wrong system always are self-destructive. That means you may be different opinion and belief to know better - and do it your way - until you crash under the additional load of work or financial expenses or abuse of company resources by staff.

In a family business all involved love each other. Hence all "pull on the same string in the same direction at the same time" and have ONE precise and most loving goal in common that always results in business success. In a family business there are no salaries, no minimum or maximum salaries. The father of the family is accountant. All accounting is done in his brain, all expenses are done in the heart of all family for the wellbeing of all family, for the happiness of all around the family. A family business needs no manager, no quality control, no supervision - only love. Because love is missing most across this planet, most business plans and company models fail and sooner or late rend in foreclosure or mistakenly in bailout before foreclosure.

In a family business, like a farm, fisherman, flower nursery, mechanic repair shop, carpenter, tailor, baker, medical services, etc - all work is done out of love, for the satisfaction and happiness of customers. In a family business the customers typically are your own friends, neighbors, relatives, etc living in same village or neighborhood around you. Hence pricing is no issue. Marketing beyond your village is no need. Happy customers do any needed marketing to assure you stay in business and keep making your friends happy for all eternity. Your friends loving your services or products always will assure you have a happy life. You loving your customers always make sure all can afford all each and every time when needed. Because your friends want to love you each day and you want to love your friends each day, there is no need for marketing or pricing strategies.

God will be silent observer of all and teach all as needed to be even more happy each and every day. Here on earth we learn for life beyond. Here on earth we can and should learn to apply methods of love practiced at home in God. Any employment situation is of temporary nature to learn whatever is needed to become your own boss. To learn in small business as apprentice is better choice and more efficient than learning in large companies. Hence from spiritual point of view there are absolutely no benefits having large companies but huge numbers of damaging factors created by such growing and globally expanding companies. No single person, no country or government, no individual business man ever is intended to be a global leader in a market. The world is huge and there are enough resources and opportunities for millions to start and prosper in a small family size or one man business side by side with millions of others across the world.

Example:
There is no need to have bakers supplying bread for an entire province or even country or worst to export across the planet. The ideal is to have fresh bakery in each and every village, adapted to that village's individual need, at times when needed in quality, shape, size and price as needed. Such local individualized production eliminates the need for marketing, for transportation and thus also eliminates any environment pollution involved in large companies producing for large areas beyond own village or neighborhood.

There are many products simply obsolete in today's industries. Most of currently existing industrial goods serve one single purpose only: To make money, to make profits, to make easy money, money needed to control others, money to dominate the market and ultimately to dominate or control others to a growing degree ... until a wrong system collapses and time for review is created. The current situation in car industry and many other industries shows sufficient examples. Now it is time to shrink healthy and tiny and time to learn to do small family business with truly useful, helpful and really needed products or services.

In a family business all is done with love, hence all decision made by your heart. Your common sense applied will assure all activities and finances are reasonable and wise and serve a loving goal with loving intentions. In a family business there is no need for CEOs cars, CEOs secretaries, CEOs drivers and incentives nor any need for corporate jets, helicopters, etc. In a family business the happiness of all other family members and smiling eyes of all, including all "customers" is an incentive far more precious than anything money ever could buy.

The ideal business or company size is ONE family, the ideal size of a political unite ( country ) is ONE family. Each family has ONE and the same "king" - my father. All the problems you have now on this planet are the result of your denial to accept teachings of love and advice given to you in earlier Millenniums. Caesar, Napoleon, Hitler and countless politicians with ill ideas of dominating the entire planet before you failed. Countless companies went broke before you. All companies and mega-business / global business eventually will end the very same way. There is no place for global leaders - there only is place for global love and a loving global family in freedom and in love with each other.
