How much education is enough? How much to spend on education, how many years of education needed to succeed in life?

There are people who belief to have enough education. There are people who belief to need a few extra years of education. There are hundreds of millions who belief to need high school or college graduation to be successful in life or job.

In real life there are needs far beyond school education of any level. The result of hundreds of millions all focusing on higher and higher degrees and more years of high school or college is shown in today's global economy crisis.

At school you learn typically lots of strange words never used nor needed by general public, but the use of such highly sophisticated words distinguish you from "ordinary" people and assure all world knows that you are "highly educated" and have "enough education" - enough to show off.

Real purpose of school - elementary school and / or high school

What you really should learn at school is:

• learn your common sense
• learn to use your brain
• learn to learn on your own whatever and whenever needed during the entire course of your life after school years
• learn basic history, basic geography of the entire planet
• learn basics in mathematics, geometry, physics as far as it relates to real life
• learn basics of nature
• learn basic spiritual laws for life
• learn basic health care and physical training systems as needed to stay healthy and work healthy throughout your life
• learn to find out what you love, where your natural God given talents are, how to use your individual strengths to enjoy life in s successful work you love

Most school education includes far too much theories and far too little real life scenarios. Most school education lasts too many years into adult life of mankind.

How many years of education does mankind need?

Eternity! There is an ongoing learning process in all beings, humans, animals and others for all eternity. The successful human is starting to learn real important topics as soon as school education ends. Hence there never ever can be enough education! There is an ongoing need to keep up-to-date with evolution and technical development on this planet and beyond.

Most of the real learning takes place after school education ends. Hence a few years elementary education plus a few years high school or high school-like education until age 15 is plenty of basic education to prepare for real life.

There is no single country that offers or allows a practical life oriented school education. Many countries have a mandatory full time school of 8 or 9 years. During these full time school years there is little time to venture and grow up in real life situations. As a result most children start the real learning many years too late. The later you venture into real life, the more teenagers may fear leaving school in exchange for real life jobs.

The transition from school, from being a child supported by parents and society toward becoming a free adult is getting shock like the more years you spend at school and delay real life as grown up.

The ideal school education

Nature has a different built in schedule within all humans. The normal life schedule would include a few years half time school while spending the other half time in real life situations midst working family, family business, working neighborhood and amidst working village community. Real life shows real needs for particular topics to be learned at school. To become aware of real life needs increases motivation of students to learn, to learn better, easier and much faster. Learning success and progress can very substantially be increased and multiplied by proper motivation. Proper motivation arises from being involved in real life while going at school. Real life challenges your true talents, to become aware of what you love to do will instantly create a hunger for all knowledge needed to acquire such job or position.

An ideal school education could be similar to the Swiss apprenticeship system where a 15-16 year old chooses a job and learns 1 day per week at school all relevant theoretical topics and works the other 4 days in that job at near zero salary doing real life productive work to earn his apprenticeship while learning 3-4 years long. The principle of Swiss apprenticeship - at least during my own teenage years - was to work and earn the education you receive on a day to day basis. Hence no student loans needed. Only practical oriented classroom topics directly relevant to a particular profession selected. Thus meaning that apprentices of different jobs receive different school education exactly cut to real life needs.

Such is the real life system in many "third world countries" - however without official apprenticeships. Real and ideal life education should take place outside government influence. Entirely governed by real life needs and real life masters. To work while learning and to learn while working - all eternal life.

The best school is life

In life we see ongoing changes, new inventions, new technologies, an ongoing evolution of society. Few inventions only are useful and make sense for the real benefit of mankind and all creation. Hence learning never can be concentrated into first 2 or 3 decades of life. Learning is a life long ongoing process. We learn, realize that part or all may be error and drop all to try something different.

There are temporary needs of mankind, in particular countries only, that need specialists, experts. But often only for a limited period of time, a few years at best. As soon as that particular problem solved, the need for that type of expert may vanish. Other needs start to occur. Hence to survive and prosper in real life, all need to be willing to change, to drop all or most learned theories and learn new topics as needed. Many industries or careers or expert jobs are excellent for a few years only, then it's again time to move on in life and adapt to new situations of our planet and in all creation.

Like my own job as a spiritual teacher, teachings of love. I am fully aware that this job is for a limited period of time, may be maximum a few billion of years into far future of mankind beyond this planet, then it's time to move on and learn or do something new, may be totally different.

Every single job on earth and beyond is of temporary nature. Hence all eternity we keep learning while practicing! Best school always is self study with the help of experts and wise elderly experts ready to retire, willing to share all wealth of accumulated expertise with younger ones hungry for education.

When does real school and real learning start

Since learning is an eternal process, learning started long before birth into present life and incarnation on earth and learning goes on far beyond death on earth.

The learning related to this lifetime on earth starts during pregnancy in the belly of mother around family members, father, society. Learning continues more physical during all baby and child years. Hence the first and most important, most valuable teachers always are own parents, family members and neighborhood. Many children learn while playing much faster and in a far more pleasant fun way than later at school. Many kids learn ABC, basic math, basic writing and much more including foreign languages easily and most of the time long before going to school - from parents, family, older siblings, relatives or neighbors. To keep on learning such way would be the normal way. Such learning / teachings methods are our methods at home in God - for all eternity!

To teach our own children while working in real life situation however would require a few hours every week by all adults to be shared with our own children and the children or our village community, neighborhood and family. Forwarding our own knowledge from older to younger generation is far more efficient than to teach by young teachers who most of the time lack knowledge of real life professons and life long experiences older generations have after a full lifetime working in this world.

How much to spend on education and professional training?

There is a very simple and very strict rule:

All education needs to be paid in cash, earned while learning or saved the years before education starts! Hence all true education is affordable by all mankind. Truly useful education requires neither diploma nor degrees nor titles but real life qualifications. Qualifications can be proven in a matter of a few hours test working and / or a trial employment period such as practiced in many countries and industries across the planet.

Diplomas and degrees are papers of zero value. Look at the spam mails during the past years and see how many degrees you can get online just for a few dollars. Degrees and diplomas from "accreditted" / recognized colleges and universities. True qualification however is something every expert and every professional can prove in a matter of hours and extend his proof of qualification during a trial period of a few weeks or months. Real work needs to be done. Real work filters between cheaters and real experts in a matter of hours of days.

If you pretend to be cook - cook a party buffet for a few dozen people during your day off and have people enjoy it as proof of your qualification.

If you are a baker - bake a few cakes and breads and rolls.

If you are a car mechanic - repair a crashed accident car.

If you are TV repair technician - fix any broken TV brought in by a TV repair shop's customer.

If you are web designer - show your own website and get that site into top 100'000 of global site traffic and into top 10 SERPS in at least a several dozen keywords as proof your knowledge of SEO and knowledge to get generic traffic into a site before advertising for customers or applying for a job.

When do you have enough education?

When you realize to have just started to learn, then you have acquired all the basic knowledge to start real life and learning for real life while working in real life.

When you know how to earn your full living with your own business, freelance without any employees, doing all the work on your own, then you have learned the basics at school and in life to start real life and to start the real learning going on for all eternity.

When you can do all the basic work and repair of your entire life all on your own, then you have learned all the basics that are part of every single person's elementary life-education. No one needs to do dirty work for you, cleaning jobs for you, helper-jobs for you, factory employers on production lines, etc. Those jobs are your work. You are the one to finance your own dreams and ideas with your self earned cash. You are the one to realize all your dreams on your own.

When you have learned those basic lessons and proven it in an extended lifespan over decades of happy life, then you may become eligible for work in a community of grown up adults, a village society, a farmer village or similar community of free strong people - free strong men and free strong women!

If you can support your own family and a few others from your own direct work using your own qualifications, then you are ready to start real life and grow as an adult in an adult society.

Until then you are an apprentice under the supervision and with the grace of a master teaching you, helping you to grow up and grow into freedom as a grown adult. Until then you are living from the expertise and life experience of elders willing to offer you an opportunity to learn while earning your right to learn.

I know countless farmers and fishermen, construction workers, boat builders, carpenters, bakers and cooks who have learned to learn on their own, in their own fully paid small one person or one family business. Most of them had no time to waste for diplomas or degrees, but all of them managed to learn enough to know that you never have learned enough. All of these people I personally met or know have neither mortgage nor credit card, but many have a small house, some even a beach front home they call their own. Their own home - means their property instead of bank-property. These people apparently have a much higher real value life education than dozens of millions in Europe, USA, including better education than all CEOs of the car industry and most other industries and banks - because they all have learned the most important in life: To stay within own limits in all life, in all activities!

Hence they are smart and well educated, because they have learned and understood the truth and the essence of life. They have learned to learn on their own.

Learning is an eternal ongoing process. No one ever has learned enough.
