Prostitution among modern society - How we prostitute ourselves for profits in business and life, how to recognize and prevent our own prostitution in life.

First some common definitions of prostitution and prostitute

While most online sources first list the sexual prostitution - that sexual part actually is nothing else but another application of the more common definition of prostitution widespread among modern society. That more common prostitution of moral values has been existing since thousands of years among human society on earth.

A few common defintions:

1. to devote to corrupt or unworthy purpose
2. devoting to infamous purposes what is in one's power
3. the prostitution of abilities; the prostitution of the press
4. to prostitute talents
5. a mercenary; one who offers himself to infamous employments for hire
6. unworthy use, as of talents or abilities
7. use of a skills or abilities for unworthy causes, usually for financial gain

Since online dictionaries typically agree on the common sense of prostitute or prostitution, there is no further need to discuss the meaning.

Modern forms of prostitution in our society and governments

One of several main reasons why I write this very post is the modern newly reactivated use. In recent days / weeks on CNN news there have been a few live interviews with US citizens facing loss of job, being fired or facing foreclosure.

I remember one particular interview, the first one of this kind a very few weeks back. An employee of a car manufacturer facing loss of job said that he may sign up for US military, ready to go to Iraq in order to get a job, salary and support his family.

That was typical example of our all moral values and how strong we really are when facing challenges in life. People are ready to become mercenaries, ready to kill, ready to destroy, ready to blow up other countries, accept "collateral damage" by killing "innocent" children, civilians, elderly, etc - just for the sake of getting money!

In our global society - in "first world" countries as well as in "third world" countries. Every country has hundred thousands or millions of people working for the government, military, police, secret services, administration and other government or administrative jobs for one main reason: To have ...

• a secure job
• a job often much easier than in private productive industry
• a job with no real competition - as long as you do exactly what your king, PM or president or direct superiors says, you'll have a secure job. Secure payment as all bills are printed by the government you have no worry about your future
• a job that offers power in the name of law, even the power to kill or incarcerate your enemies, to revenge your enemies, to retaliate, to put to real life your preferences of war games, to blow up buildings, villages, people
• to be more or less out of jurisdiction as in most cases you are protected by the government you have sold your life and soul

In recent days / weeks of global economic crisis the readiness to join government jobs increases. Particularly the readiness to join armed forces and to become again a mercenary for profit. To kill for nothing more or less than for money.

The only difference between a government killer, a terrorist and a "criminal" killer is his employer. A soldier, executioner of penalties or death sentences or policemen kills in the name of his government, hence in the name of the law of his government. That may be created by a majority of humans within a particular country, yet it still is made by mortal humans infinitely away from God !

A terrorists supports the causes set forth by a minority commonly suppressed or rejected or hunted by a majority. He - the terrorist follows his superiors beliefs and ideologies as much as a government soldier does.

An individual killer follows his own very personal beliefs and laws.

All 3 above listed categories of killers or mercenaries have one in common. All killers violate God's first and great commandment of love. Hence all 3 categories of killers violate a law infinitely above human law on earth! Loving God includes loving all children of God, loving God also includes loving all other part of God's entire creation, including nature and animal kingdom! To love God always strictly excludes any kind of violence for any purpose. True love always excludes any killing, any punishment of any kind for any reason. True love for God always excludes any kind of restriction of the freedom of others.

As a result of above, anyone serving any "authority" just for financial gain, or just for making a living or to support his needs or family support is actively involved in prostitution as he gives his own services, his own expertise, his skills, his knowledge, his life force for an unworthy use. Soldiers and law enforcement always use their talents and abilities for unworthy causes as killing and punishment always is against God's law of love! There never can be an exception to that law no matter the situation on earth. Love and to love all always offers other opportunities than force. Force only is applied where ability or willingness to love is missing and substituted by inferior unworthy causes of action to achieve inferior goals of political or economical nature.

In third world / poor countries people often accept government jobs, particularly military jobs only for one reason, to get daily food, to have a place to sleep, to have a temporary home, to have a temporary "family" that gives some kind of temporary security and stability. The very same often is the only reason why people enroll in European or US military. To become a solder, to become a killer in the name of the "law" gives them a job and support for basic needs of life and gets people out of need to acquire real life qualifications. The readiness to go to Iraq or other global crime scenes for their own government gets those enrollees instantly out of basic financial troubles and out of street life or homeless / jobless situations. To enroll as a mercenary for your own government requires no particular qualifications nor any moral values. The best qualification to get such as job is weakness that creates the situation of being a YES sayer without any moral or ethical questions of the value or meaning of action to be done in the name of the "law".

In the name of the "law" people then kill, blow villages up and into pieces without even knowing that village's people, without having a single personal enemy in that village or without having a single enemy in that foreign enemy force. That means people prostitute their skills or power to kill just for a salary to satisfy the needs of others too cowardice to solve their own political or personal animosity eyes to eyes on their own - one to one. People torture and abuse in the name of western countries more or less the very same way as it has been done in other countries such as in the killing fields of Cambodia during Pol Pot period 1975-79. People have dropped nukes on humans by following orders from above, people have dropped agent orange and other chemicals on nature and humans. People research, produce cluster bombs and mines for profit or by following orders from above without ever questioning their innermost being if such behavior is human / superior / loving or inferior in nature. In the name of law governments create prisons and if the law prohibits particular methods or particular prisons, then prison camps such as Guantanamo Bay are created out of jurisdiction.

God never judges, God never punishes - who are we to do so despite and against God's commandment of love?

Prostitution in industry and economy as a cause for today's decay of industry

Here is field where all people have a serious reason to look deep inside their own causes and reasons to make decisions, to choose jobs or reject jobs.

In our society it is quiet common and widespread to change jobs or to choose jobs entirely based on who pays more or who offers highest positions with highest powers. This is just real straight simple prostitution practiced by hundreds of millions across all planet! Many - may be even most job seekers or employees seek and choose quiet often the highest paying job rather than the most useful, or most loving environment or most environment friendly industry. For most it's only about money. Many change form a happy employment situation with friendly colleagues to another employer just for a few hundred dollares more per months of even worst just for a higher position suitable for the recognition hungry ego of an employee. Titles given, positions offered or financial incentives like free car, more paid vacation, higher wages, own office, etc are nothing else but additional financial gain - often for employers of unworthy industries.

People work for war industry, arm or weapons industry, chemical war industry, war and weapon research industry, military administration, defense contractors, etc - just for money.

Other manifested and common forms of global prostitution among our population is the betrayal. Spying in own company for other companies, for competitors, spying in own country for other countries or vice versa. Spying means betraying one part of God's children for the benefit of another part of God's children. People accept jobs offered by competitors - bringing insider knowledge and skills into a competitor's business or competitor industry for financial gain, additional incentives or higher positions offered.

People sell or are willing to sell any product as long as they can make an easy profit or to finance an easy and luxurious life. Most of modern marketing, most of modern industry never is based on usefulness or true value of a product or service, but on profitability of a service or product. Products are created, invented without any real natural need, then such products are marketed by investing millions or hundreds of millions of advertising dollars to suggest a need into population and create / inflate an artificial need and readiness to purchase that service or product. That is the way most softdrinks, junk food, toys, games, gadgets, beauty products, food supplements, electronic products, medicine and sporting goods are marketed. Most of these products have no real human need. The only purpose is to create profit for investors, for CEOs and top level employees.

In modern finance and marketing environment any product, whether useful, harmful or useless is produced and sold as long as it provides temporary profits to cover easy and luxurious life of the top few percent really receiving true "benefits" of such soap bobble industries and artificial soap bubble markets. Even worst, many product locally no longer allowed to be sold or even to be produced for their potential environment danger often are produced and sold in "third world", in corrupt countries or countries lacking proper safety and environment friendly legislation. Hence top level CEO fully aware of potential danger keep on making profits simply by shifting production or marketing into customer areas without protective, updated legislation.

The lack of true value of majority of our global industrial products, the readiness to prostitute our God given skills, knowledge and education is detrimental to human society and finally to the entire planet earth. Such global prostitution of skills and knowledge, of financial, industrial or political powers for temporary gain is far more widespread than most other criminal activities on this planet and undermine the social peace of our entire global community and society.

Look into your own life to analyze your own motives for decisions and actions

One of the innermost values of each human is to be loyal to God, to be true to your own innermost values, the God made core within each human is of highest priority in all our decisions. To betray our own innermost spiritual values always leads to feeling of guilt - for good reasons - as our reasons for actions often are of far inferior value and detrimental to a majority of God's creation and mankind in particular.

To be loyal to your own innermost values means to

• choose a job entirely based on its value of usefulness and helpfulness to meet natural needs of mankind or needs of our nature or planet.
• choose a job based on where we have a more loving environment, more loving colleagues, more loving and above all more God loving employer or industry.
• choose a job based on healthy living environment and clean nature or healthy life and healthy environment for your children to be happy.
• choose a job where on all levels the spiritual values are of infinite higher priority than any financial or economy goals or company values. Where love, to love and to practice love in all situations of job is above profitability and productivity or production efficiency.
• choose jobs where happiness of all planet is more important than becoming a leading industry or expanding or market dominating industry.

Inferior motives, corrupt or unworthy purpose exist when ever we decide for financial reasons, to gain position, to gain recognition, to gain social status, to obtain favors in kind or money or positions. Unworthy use of talents or abilities is existing when ever we abuse ability to lead or influence people, for example by use of mass hypnosis, NLP or other methods - for the purpose of increasing sales or influencing others' decisions in a particular way.

Modern forms of prostitution also are found in Internet. Writing positive articles to create backlinks for paying customers, hence paid blogging, in favor of paying sites, paying industries, paying political parties also are a clear form to prostitute your skills as webpublisher for financial gain since such paid blogging typically is done without in depth study of the product or company and most of the time never would be published without payment.

Another modern form of Internet related prostitution is the marketing or earning thru "affiliate programs" to advertise often unknown products, including online pharmacies, etc for the simple reason to earn commissions. Often such affiliate products or services are untested by the publisher, even unknown, advertised and sold only for profit, for easy money using SEO, publisher skills, and marketing skills. The number of really useful product, really useful books, or other articles out there is so tiny, you most likely never find any such affiliate advertising on my site. In my opinion and life long experience, far more than 99% of all commercialized products and industrial goods are obsolete and often even detrimental to our global society, dangerous to our health or environment and above all a distraction from spiritual progress, love and social peace among all mankind on earth. We all could be much more happy and spiritually progress much faster with much more simple life in a natural environment and fewer industrial gadgets in our lives.

A simple self evaluation is the question: Would I do the very same publishing or blogging or press release if no payment from third parties ever would be paid? Do I publish the truth even if that could create a risk of life for me or create loss of incentives or loss of social status or financial benefits of any kind. Would I publish the truth even if the result will affect your life in a negative way? Is being true to my innermost values more important than receiving payment or incentives in kind or money?

Higher motives are when a sales person researches the true need for a product or service and may give advice to refrain from ANY deal at the risk of financial loss, even at the risk of bankruptcy if he realizes that a potential customer has no real need but the interest is merely based on wrong information or wrongful advertising / marketing campaigns.

Higher motives are manifested then any personal sacrifice or loss is accepted for the wellbeing of all others.

Higher motives are manifested when ever the absolute freedom, love and happiness of others is infinitely of greater value than any financial, political or social position or reward may be. When all decisions and all actions are done solely for the holistic wellbeing of all human society, of all planet, all nature and God included!

When we all look deep inside our entire life and all our decisions and actions, then we may find ourselves heavily involved in real prostitution - in acts of low moral values, lacking spiritual values of true love. A situation that might be a key reason why we are here on earth instead of being at home in God.
