Fear needs to be healed - confront the object of your fears, face your enemies eyes to eyes until all fear is dissolved in love

Weak ones fear - strong ones dissolve their fears until all fears gone. Fear only is possible in the absence of God and love in your life. The truly loving one never fears what so ever. Hence fear always is absolute proof of lack of true love. Avoid the company of fearful because fearful are without God and that means bad company for you.

The one without love has and always had the option of choosing to love, learning to love and actually loving all vs retaliation, fighting, hating and other selfish actions. If you wish to spiritually succeed, then you need to choose and create an environment of love around you. You are the one to choose your company, your family, your friends and colleagues at work, during your recreational time and at home. You are responsible for your own spiritual progress and your own return home to God.

Never expect others to care for your own spiritual wellbeing. This world is far too selfish and far too remote from God's world of love to care about you. Even your own physical parents may lack true interest in your innermost and spiritual wellbeing. Many parents have intellectual or economical interest in you choosing the job that best suits the family interests or family business rather than your own innermost wellbeing and spiritual progress.

Obstacles in your life however are meant to challenge your weakness and create a strong desire to BE strong inside and outside. Obstacles occur in your life until you are stronger than all obstacles ever could be. That strength however only is possible when your home and eternal roots are in God.

Face the object of fear

Whatever you fear - the choice is simple. Either you fear all life long and finally die of fear. Or you face the "object of fear" in a standoff - eyes to eyes, heart to heart, soul to soul. Always open to God and the object of fear.

The above water buffalo bull apparently preferred the bulls natural choice, a standoff face to face with the photographer. His nostrils nervously vibrated. He anxiously inhaled the strange scent coming from the photographer. All was new to the bull. The colors of the photographer, the camera, the foreign scent, a different aura from anything ever experienced. People too tend to fear the new, the unknown, the strange. But such fear only is possible in the absence of God. Trust God and have faith in your own power of love when facing the unknown. To trust God you need to be sure love is all you want and always wanted in your entire life. You also need to have absolute faith in the purity of your desire to love and nothing but to love in all situations of life.

This bull at one time or another went thru all his inventory of successful behavioral patterns in such situations facing strange beings. Including a run over of the photographer. Being some 10 times or more the size and weight of the photographer, normally that is the first and only choice a bull uses. After his first few steps toward the photographer, the bull however noticed zero fear but only love from the photographer., Zero movement out of the bulls way. Just like a rock. That apparently was another alarm signal for the bull. He needed other options, new ones never used before. The bull needed more time facing the object of his fear.

The photographer gave all choices to the bull. As you see from the line around the bull's neck, the line goes to the far left - with all freedom to easily reach his object of fear within a few steps and well within the length of his rope.

All in all that standoff lasted several minutes - then suddenly the bull obviously came to wise conclusion that the photographer was no threat at all, no danger, no object of fear any longer. The water buffalo bull's position relaxed and the bull went back to life as usual - feeding on grass.

Once all the fear is gone, life is far more pleasant than ever before. This bull never again paid any attention to the photographer, his fear appeared to be healed for good.

This entire stand-off the bull and his object of fear and dissolving the bull's fear from a strange foreigner started a few minutes before the first above picture and took some 10 minutes until last photo taken. That may be the amount of time you too may need to face your fears and dissolve in love your own fears. One by one. A few minutes for each one. For each object of fear you need to face the object of fear eyes to eyes and dissolve your fear - with God's help and God's love.
