Same technique - same question - different answers - different results. How is your Kriya ? Your Kriya is proportional to your true attitude! Your Kriya is proportional to your basic lessons done each day
the past several days I have asked 3 different persons a vital question:
"How is your kriya?"
- the first person gave no reply at all = no kriya = no true God seeker at all - just pleasure, business and $ in mind. fine because HIS life = his future!
- the second replied:
"my overall vibration is higher than ever before. kriya is very powerful and several times lately during the practice i felt i was about to shift to different higher state ..." he fully understood HIS priorities and earns the result of true God-SEEKER getting nearer and nearer to God-union!
- the 3rd one replied:
"yes, but not as intense as I imagine ..."
he knows since years what to change and never changes what's needed. hence the success is very limited to basic steps of a beginner kriya yogi. perfect again because he is smart and graduate and knows reading and writing and thus knows all the basic steps as well as his personal individual lessons. his path of indirect or slow progress is HIS responsibility and his free choice of HIS life and his future.
we see a simple example of 3 different persons having said to want the same - God union - yet heading toward 3 different directions at 3 different velocities. Kriya Yoga however is a scientific method to achieve God-realization. ALL can achieve oneness with God and freedom in God - provided ALL follow the rules EXACTLY to the point.
the one who succeeds is like Cinderella - a simple and hard job. demanding day by day. low pay, no fun - challenging each day to the maximum most of the time ... and yet each day has to do with God, with love and with care for others - care for ill ones, care for lost ones, care for God seeking ones. hence each day is focused toward God and love.
The more you focus on God and love during your self selected job - the faster you progress on your path of love.
the only difference between the 3 God seekers is their true innermost attitude. do you really want to become ONE with God or do you want to play a little God in your own self created virtual world for another while?
did you suffer enough in the past years, decades and incarnations to KNOW and fully realize the value of true love and God?
did you create freedom in OTHERS and protect other people's freedom before starting your own path into freedom?
if you want to succeed on your path of love to God - you need to have given
freedom to your children by guiding them into strength and full freedom
freedom to your parents by freeing them from any debts or payments toward you
freedom to all others by accepting full responsibility for all that ever happened to you
freedom to your boss and landlord for having to care for you
freedom to your bank for having to finance your excessive style of living
all that and much more are but essential basic steps of a beginner Kriya Yogi - part of the Teachings of Love.
as you see in above simple but real examples of these very days - each gets what he really strives for. if receiving love or benefits is all you expect from God - then your first lesson still is to learn to give, to share, to provide - before being able to receive anything at all. the love you have for God never can be greater than the love you prove toward God's needy children on earth. needy for help, for food, for love, for information, ... needy and hungry for all you have to share.
the quality of love you receive never can be greater than the quality you are willing to give. perfection receives who is willing to achieve perfection in his giving to others, to his partner, to all.
doing kriya pranayama is easy - but only a tiny part of all kriya yoga teachings - loving all, working FOR all, sharing WITH all - hence living love, proving love is the majority of true Kriya Yoga - these last points are the proof of correct and most loving attitude needed to open the valve to God's ocean of love to flow upon the true lover and true God seekeer at the right time when ready and after all basic home work done. an ocean of love being pured upon you at once is HUGE - only a strong heart can easily enjoy such and benefit from such ocean of love. entering Nirbikalpa Samadhi IS entering an ocvean of love created by God and pured upon you at once!! Love can but heal and God is love hence God's love can but heal and thus free you. at once at the right time when ready.
