How to increase the volume, quality and usefulness of your web publishing for the global community

Imagine you plan to move to a totally new location, may be even new country on a remote unknown continent ...

What kind of accurate information would you want and need to make a sound decision for that new location or to have sufficient details to refrain from that particular move? If you have a blog or web site and lack traffic or topics to publish - then take now a few minutes to write down a list of facts, data, information and photo documentation you would need for such a major move in your own life.

I give you a practical example from the mid 90-ies last century. I was looking for an exotic place to move - then with family. I was reading about south pacific region and had a few island countries in mind since decades. In one of the books about that country I was reading a few facts that made it simple to decide to stay away from that culture.

Here the few decisive key facts as far as I remember and as far as they were important for my own decision making by then:

1. women during menstruation had to leave the village and stay in a special house outside the village until menstruation over
2. A men swimming/diving under a boat from a girl has to pay that boat - and the boat will be destroyed
3. All reef belong to an individual person - to use it you have to ask prior permission. All island jungle and forest as well belongs to someone - no public properties - each path on the islands belong to someone and you have to ask right of way and pay in kind.
4. There have been more rules similar to above listed ....

Any single of a.m. rule would have been enough to make a decision for another location and to instantly drop that one potential destination.

I remember that in some states of USA - breast feeding of your own baby in public may cause serious legal problems as well as swimming naked ... while in most European countries both is practiced in most loving and most natural way since many decades.

Such facts may appear meaningless to some - but decisive to million others. Hence when you think about what is important to you - then you may get a pretty clear understanding about what simple but most important facts, data, information and photos you may want to publish about your very own country or about countries you know well from direct, extended and / or repeated recent visits to provide to the general public decision making assistance.

Some of the facts needed by most are obvious - such as:

• kind of local food, vegetables, fruits commonly available
• climate, temperature, seasons
• recreation facilities, discos, dancing, cinema
• transportation local, national and international
• visa and legal requirements
• traditions, culture, laws that have an impact on FREE personal expression, living and job selection of business operation
• financial laws and regulations
• visa and immigration requirements for foreigners
• are foreigners welcome
• languages spoken
• already existing expats communities
• rent of homes., apartments and cottages - including availability and prices
• ... and many other facts that you might now figure out on your own

Some comparable summary of information may also be helpful for others planning to visit your country - thus giving you a unique opportunity to be "ambassador" of your city or province and to reach out a helping hand by providing basic information needed for a sound decision making by possible travelers. As you see there is a huge potential to publish lots of helpful and most useful information - including list of valuable resources around your location.

Combined with a Google Adsense account and Adsense advertisement on all pages - you reach out even further by helping your local community to advertise relevant services or products to increase the value of your blog or web site even more for your site visitors.
