When I look back about one year - the phishing eMails relevant to paypal have been many times higher than now - may be factor 10 higher. The methods to reduce cybercrime related to one single target / victim are manyfold:

• All recipients of phishing mail need to be educated and know how to instantly recognize the phishing mail amidst all the real eMail.
• All those recipients who receive a phishing mail need to instantly - instantly = within seconds !!! - forward the fake mail to the proper authority - in this example case it would be to spoof at paypal.com.
• Every once in a while - may be one such mail daily or whenever you think that the site / server might be dynamic and ready for instant crime prevention action - if you are aware of a phishing site, you may even add to the before mentioned "forwarding to authority" - a direct impact on the phishing mail host by directly contacting the host and / or server owner with all details needed to instantly shut down that server or web site or part thereof to instantly stop or prevent any possible harm that may result from such a cyber crime action.

To actively support crime prevention is a moral obligation of all honest people. Each and every Internet user should actively contribute to the cleanliness and legality of all www useage. If we as a global www community fail to do so, we may sooner or later expect the governments to implement far more restrictive laws than we ever would love to have or enjoy to have.

Restrictive laws always result from lack of responsible action of the total human / global society or part thereof. Administrative impact and restriction on our all freedom is the very least anyone among us ever could enjoy. Made by God we all are made to BE FREE but we all also are made to BE HONEST and LOVING !!!

Our responsibility to prevent, to stop, to avoid or end any kind and any variation of Cyber Crime starts far before sending notifications about Cyber Crime occurrences to hosts, servers or authorities. Many among us may have potential or active cyber criminals / hackers amidst our family, friends, neighbors or colleagues at work, Often we already may be suspicious - but without talking to the suspicious person.

If ever we have even the smallest supsicion - then it is our direct and personal responsibility and liability to act before any damage is done or while damage still may be small. Cyber Criminals are like bank robbers or terrorists blowing up buildings or stealing property and thus destroying income, destroying property, destroying lives directly or indirectly.

Cyber Criminals often are far better educated than the vast majority of all site owners or server operators. Hence their natural knowledge, skills and creative potential is un-tampered, un-used - cyber crime brings ZERO revenue, cyber crime only causes damage - financial damage and other damage as well.

A serious but loving talk often may help such cyber criminals to convert from destructive work to creative productive work. As a most successful long time web publisher I know that anyone with the skills and potential of a typical hacker may earn up to thousands of US$ a months - with honest work, with challenging work, as security adviser, as publisher, as coder of useful tools and web applications and many more legal and most rewarding online activities.

It is our all duty to prevent, to stop any existing cyber crime activities at any expense - at OUR own expense because WE ALL are victims in one way or another from the growing and expanding cyber crime activities. Hence we all should contribute substantial efforts, time and even $ to keep our "www garden" clean. Right now our "www garden" stinks to heaven with the abundance of globally expanding Cyber Crime and with the almost total lack of active contribution to Internet security and Cyber Crime prevention by each and all of us.

This ending year I may have invested some 1000 hours in learning about crime prevention, crime recognition, forensics, etc and a much larger amount in efforts and $ to investigate, prevent, stop, secure a large variety of cyber crime activities. A tiny contribution - I am a spiritual teacher and web publisher above all - others are professional coders, highest and most of the time OVER-PAID IT professionals thinking first of all making easy money and last of all all the clean up and maintenance work of their environment. From all the spiritual IT professionals I know - and most of them earn up to 10x more / hour than I do - I have never met a single one contributing actively to cyber security and cyber hygiene. Hence it is time to step up and do once a year a major clean up and every day a minor clean up - just like we do in our all lives and homes.

Some 1000 working hours deducted from productivity - at zero salary of course - cyber crime prevention never gets paid because it is our all contribution to the global www community. Obviously an IT professional earning or charging some 50-65 or more US$ per hour is far too stingy to do community work for free and far too greedy to lose valuable 50$/hr time for nothing but God's bliss. God's bliss for doing a duty even when totally unpaid - seems to be of zero value to many among mankind. God's grace however is asked and needed sooner or later by all to a much larger extent than most ever my dream of after "death".

Cyber Crime is in absolutely NO way only a matter of www professionals - cyber crime prevention is a concern to absolutely all Internet users, surfers and eMailer users ! We all - all those using Microsoft's virus vulnerable Operating Systems - contribute to the global circulation of our all eMail address books. of our friends email address suddenly appearing as "spam sender" because we all neglect to really and fully secure our own computers, our online and offline data and suddenly our data appear used by hackers and start to create damage and annoyance to others around the globe. Hence cyber security and cyber hygiene is a global responsibility and global liability of all who ever for whatever however reason connect to the Internet - for chat, email, messengers, video, dating, surfing, leaning, searching or any other use.

Let's all step up our own efforts to contribute to cyber hygiene and to piecefully but most efficiently end any and all cyber crimes as soon as possible. There are trillions of $ waiting to be earned by honest means, there are trillions and more pages waiting to be published, knowledge shared, wisdom spread among all mankind, howtos and other help to be distributed and made available to all planet, to all races, countries into deepest provincial islands and regions for a better future of all humanity. May people select how much or how little use they may need to make in order to conduct a happy and successful life - but may all be able to do so in peace and love in an Internet environment free of abuse and crimes - in an Internet use full of helping "angels" willing to share, willing to contribute, willing to help, willing to improve other people's success and life.

My next years cyber crime prevention budget will be in the range of 5000 US$ - deducted from my charity budget - including extensive work to learn howto PHP and howto MySQL but mostly to learn to secure all as safely as possible, to track cyber crimes and to contribute to the prevention of ongoing potential damages once a hacker action is running on the www. 2 months or more of my spiritual time will be allocated as a minimum - how much do you plan to do on your own, at your own expenses ?

If you are baker - then your contribution is to bake cleanest bread and sweets or other bakery products - if you are farmer then your contribution is to produce organic and clean and healthy natural food, if you are doctor you may use more natural and more alternate God made healing procedures and medicine ... Hence most of you find their own area to contribute to a cleaner, healthier and more enjoyable and safer future for all mankind, all planet and ultimately all creation.

Left are hence the millions of active www users and even more the hundred thousands often highly overpaid IT professionals - to use some of their own resource to contribute to save Internet for all.
