Efficient and affordable stimulus to end financial crisis
The ongoing discussions about what kind of stimulus to create to end the ongoing financial crisis in the global economy and to avoid a global or US based recession shows that most or all politicians are only considering giving money to some. Money with the intention to be spent to increase the demand for industrial products again and to increase the business volume.
The easiest and by far cheapest method to successfully end such a financial and thus economic crisis however would be to:
- Reduce your spending to the really necessary goods and services needed for a happy life
- Reduce your salary or fees charged while at the same time increasing your productivity
Reduce your spending
Thru a substantial reduction of money spent - your own budget is protected and a possible excess of debts avoided in time. A substantial portion of today's money is spent for quiet useless goods or services. USA spends some 6 Billion US$ per year for softdrinks alone and much more for cars, fuel, electronic gadgets, recreation and other luxury items. A family budget easily can be reduced by a few to several hundred US$ without any impact on quality of life - even better - in most situaitons a gain in quality of life would result when people spend more time together and less time for distractions and activities / toys that keeps them from sharing life with each other.
Reduction of speding obviously reduces stress on your bank account and leaves you more freedom to search for another job that might be better suitable or more pleasant - may be a creative productive job you love to do. Best jobs never are top paid jobs but rather average salary. By having high financial needs to be met your first priority normally is highest paid jobs rather than highest satisfaction jobs.
Reduce your salary, prices or fees charged to others to increase stimulus
Reduce your prices and fees to create stimulus to buy from you or use your services
In modern western world and meanwhile many other countries as well, it has become second nature to ask as much as possible when bargaining for a salary with a new employer. Business men charge as much as the market bears ... until the entire market crashes. In central European and US jobs it is quiet common for freelancers to charge 40-50 Euro ( 50-60 US$ ) or more per hour, while the majority of workers have to be happy with a tiny fraction of 8 - 15 US$ per hour in most cases.
The cheaper a useful quality product or service - the greater the stimulus to afford it and buy it
If we all drastically normalize the hourly rates charged to others, if we reduce the salary asked for to a normal salary, then our all services and products become affordable again - hence people may start to spend money again as a result of affordable luxury items.
Instead of calculating profit margins of 5-10% or much more in many cases - a stop of profit margins or drastic reduction of profit margins to a level to be fully cost efficient without profit would instantly reduced the total cost of living for all and thus reduce financial burden and financial stress to all society.
In typical money oriented society it is quiet typical that white collar jobs, banking, management jobs, office employees and administrative jobs earn much more salary per hour than the labor, factory workers, farmers and service oriented jobs for daily needs.
A most effective way to reduce financial burden to an entire economy is to reduce to zero administrative expenses and limit payments and salaries for productivity jobs only. There is sufficient real and productive work to be done to accommodate all office employees. Productive jobs - such as food and housing, construction and health, education and living related jobs pay less but create true and direct satisfaction.
Instead of charging prices - accept a honest donation for your products or services
If we all reduce our demanded fees and charges to a honest level - then all can afford what they need to be happy and to live happily for all eternity. Instead of charging, instead of demanding - learn to accept a honest amount affordable by those we serve. If that appears too little - then learn to improve your quality and productivity of work to create a higher satisfaction of your customers and higher productivity resulting in better revenue.
In order to support your own country's economy and our entire global economy - learn to work more hours for less $ until we have established a balance and healthy financial and economic situation again on our planet.
Love and bliss
