Normal rooms are priced at 1200 PHP / day
if you say that you have been referred by hans ( that's me - the author/webmaster of the Cyberspace Ashram ) - then you get a 20% discount. that was the agreement i got before leaving Burnham Hotel .. I hope you enjoy it as much as i do - i.e. room rate after discount would be presently 960 PHP - about 24 US$ / day - prices valid at time of THIS publishing and subject to change without prior notice here.

If Burnham Hotel is full - the other alternative i used mostly was the near by Prime Hotel just at the corner of Session road / Calderon Street toward Burnham Hotel
