Here below a few examples of different style and prices as well. I have been at Mabini's Place 2 times. all along the beach near the southern end of white beach is Mabini's place - a simple but clean family style cottage resort. Individual rooms in bamboo cottages with shower directly on a quiet end of white beach. Rooms off-season start around 10 US$ per night. This part of the beach has direct access to the beach - while most northern resorts have a small road between the resorts and the beach. The first 3 photos show the neighbor resorts to the left of Mabini's place and to the right of Mabini's place. Then a few of the many resorts and hotels all along the beach. The last visit i spent at El Centro near the center of Boracay's white beach a few hundred meters north of the Tourist Center. With many flowers and orchids a nice and quiet place to stay if you want to be closer to all life and facilities.

Unless you arrive at peak high season - you may decide to arrive without advance reservation - stay a night or two any place and look around for the best place that fits your budget and style depending on activities you plan. If you pay cash and make a full advanced payment and commitment for a week or longer you may be lucky and get a discount price ... may be 10% or so - more during off-season June to October
