An hour away from high tide and white beach is "grounded" in the ocean - gone!

The last photo above taken just minutes ago shows Boracay's famous white beach during less than high tide. The beach is all underwater - history or memories of ancient times ...
A tourist industry is fragile and has natural enemies and artificial enemies. The artificial enemy Boracay island and entire Philippine island tourist industry had this year - was the weakness of GMA when she declared the state of emergency earlier this year. Weeks later Boracay was nearly empty. Before her proof of weakness Boracay was nearly full ...
Each country deserves the government it elects! If a government truly cares for the entire nation from poorest to richest - then the love of all will protect the presidency, like the love of all people protects the king of Thailand.
Different country, different mentality - Philippines is a "Banana Republic" with lots of questionable "monkey-business" and thus lots of people who may have a reason or even legitimate right to feel betrayed.

Now is time to recover and heal ... for the island.
These very minutes we still have strong winds and heavy sea on Boracay. That normally means that another Taifun is either approaching or passing near by ...
For tourists this time of the year there is no sun and hence no fun on Boracay. Dark clouds, rain since I returned almost a week ago to Boracay island. If you plan a vacation be prepared for days and weeks of cloudy sky, heavy sea and stormy days or look for another destination of better timing.
