4. most business in creative or productive industries are more efficient when in a loving environment among friends, loved ones in natural environment. creativity depends on many factors.
5. the true professional - even when married and in love with all his family - is motivated and responsible enough to kick his own butts when needed to secure his family income. Hence most of mature mankind never needs a "boss" to tell what and when to do. we can kick our own butts and know: first work then fun.

Myself I prefer Philippines since the year 2000 simply because I feel and think that it is one of the most beautiful countries on this entire planet - after working and traveling in some 40+ countries on 4 continents.

The following priorities where highest when selecting the Philippines for my own work for the work part of decision making:

1. quality of life
2. being truly welcome as foreigner among the local population!!
3. reliable Internet connection
4. easy availability of cheap to clean and efficient living or office space - beach front
5. friendliness of all people when socializing in free time
6. availability of recreational activities
7. sufficient logistics - FedEx, UPS or similar on national and international level for all transportation of supplies you need
8. Adequate banking and postal services
9. Reliable supply of electricity and water
10. Availability of cheap and reliable transportation - local and international within the country and from abroad to this country for visitors

With annual rental prices of 1800 US$ of single cottage to 2500 US$ double cottage per YEAR plus electricity and water - directly on or next to one of the worlds most famous and most beautiful beaches on Boracay Island ...

It is apparent to all sharp calculating business men - such prices are a true option to move your office to paradise on earth. If for example you have a double cottage for 2500 US$ per year and a few of your working team share that space a few months a year for office, work and living and may be also share a similar apartment at your present location - you save at least one rental unit at your present place and create a rotating system having one or several persons working in a tropical location while the returning part uses the home office/living space.

Think different - be flexible - open your mind for ALL possibilities. Instead of outsourcing - outsource yourself - OUT of dusty office and dirty city centers into paradise locations, to locations you love, amidst nature, flowers, exotic life style and adventurous surrounding inviting you to have FUN and work more efficiently than ever before in your industrial environment. Calculate ALL cost - including cost of damaged health, damaged family life, reduced fun for your children, possible cost of divorce when relationship drifts apart while wasting your life in wrong locations ... then after considering all factors involved in your business - make a clean and clear decision. May be you qualify for a better life NOW this very moment ? May be you have to EARN additional qualifications - professional qualifications as well as strength in live to be ready to move your job to paradise in a few months or years ...

What do you need to move your entire work and business to paradise ?

Very definitely you need:

• A portable business which can be done from almost any location on earth. That means your job is based on your very own skills, knowledge and expertise rather than investment, tools and machinery
• Whatever country is your "paradise" - you need to speak the primary language of your host country
• You need to have all your property portable - hence no real estate or apartments / houses owned here and there but instead all in one hand, all at one place, all ready to move on in life.
• You need to be free of any debts and free of any mortgages
• You need to be strong in life - years of international experience to give you the certitude and strength to manage your life with all possible challenges and problems in any location easily. Only strong men can feel at ease where ever they go - weak ones feel stressed when away from home
• You need to be strong financially and strong in your profession to remain free at any given time while doing your business abroad. Nothing is worst than an ongoing fear to lose business permits or resident permits while abroad. You need to be strong enough to be able to move to any other alternate location without any financial stress whenever you feel that the safety of your business or family is jeopardized by local politics or local law. Keep in mind when working abroad - out of your native country - you are a foreigner all the time, a guest in a foreign world - hence you are welcome while beneficial to the host-country and you might get kicked out as soon as no evident benefits for that host-country are produced by you. Hence you have to earn your stay in "paradise" day by day by being a source of benefits FOR your host country or "paradise on earth"
