Depending on the type of business your customers prefer a particular location. It is up to you to find out what precise location. It is evident that no one would travel 5 kms to get fresh rolls or bread unless you have something extraordinary to offer! NO one is ready to walk a mile for a bottle of milk or oil if he can have the very same near the railway or bus station he exits, even if there the same product may be a little more expensive.

Strong and free people who are aware of the importance of dependability, reliability and quality in all aspects of life, services, products and living can always be successful in anything they do. YOU too !!

Quality consciousness is nothing else but a reflection of true love toward all your customers. NO love FOR customers results in little or no quality consciousness. True love for customers results in true quality consciousness. Only quality products really can create fullest customer satisfaction and thus customer-happiness.

Business attitude

I have seen a Swiss restaurant on Boracay island with good or excellent food at a top location right on the beach in the center of Boracay White Beach ... and yet most of the time that restaurant is either empty or near empty while others nearby are full or near full every day.

What is the difference between that one and all neighbors?

First lets emphasize that the other restaurants nearby who all enjoy a much higher frequency of guests every day year round have a quality of food below or even far below that one Swiss restaurant. Hence quality of services or products AND top location alone is no guarantee of success in business as we apparently see.

The difference is VERY clear. That one Swiss restaurant is empty of love, empty of any nice decoration, empty of colors, empty of nice furniture, no comfortable chairs, no flowers, no candle light dinners ... just an empty table with a steel chair in an otherwise empty restaurant - empty of love = empty or near empty of guests as well.

This shows that no matter how good you are, no matter now ideal your location may be - customers need at least one other value - a place needs to be nice, cozy, friendly, loving!

If this last factor is missing totally like in that one a.m. case, then no matter how great your efforts in quality, you always have to struggle for financial survival even at some of the world's top locations such as Boracay island certainly is !!!

Hence the key to business success is to have a quality business at a good location with a friendly atmosphere, friendly loving employees or owner/team who really care about their customers and customers business needs as well as care about the human in each customers - above all we all are humans - no assets nor objects of trade - we are humans made of love - made to love - made to be loved by all. We all are made to enjoy life, made to have fun and to care as well as to be cared for by others.
