Dau bus terminal - north bound to La Union - via Rosario
Arriving at Clark Airport she needs to take a taxi at the airport to go to the large Dau bus terminal just some 5 km away from airport. If for any reason no taxi available - depending on airline - SEAIR for example - has a shuttle bus to Fields avenue or Clarkton hotel - from where she may get a trike. At the airport are NO trikes and NO Jeepney !!
Dau is a huge bus terminal with north bound buses and south bound buses - clearly separated. Several clearly marked bus lines go north bound toward La Union via Rosario. For destination Rosario = NO change of bus needed for any bus pointing to La Union - there are many direct buses to Rosario!
Busses leave during day time hours every 10-30 minutes average. Usually most of below listed bus lines operating this direction have one bus per hour - but sometimes all lines are within minutes at Dau and sometimes you have to wait a little longer. Point is that there are 100% sure buses all day from earliest morning until later into evening hours !
There might be other bus lines as well - but since I go this route every few weeks, here a few precise bus lines that operate your desired connection - Dau to Rosario:
- Philippine Rabbit
- Partas
- Dominion
- Fariñas
- Genesis
Duration is usually 5-6 hours depending daytime/traffic and fare will be around 200 PHP.
Just for your info:
A taxi for a well deserved break from Clark airport to Rosario would be about 4000 PHP.
God bless
