SCUBA diving on a Philippine island

May be one day I may even go SCUBA diving on your island - as you know I am a retired PADI master instructor with many thousands of dives ...
and yet no single dive in the Philippines ! My priorities are to dive in God's love rather than in ocean but ocean still is cute to experience if crystal clear.
BTW - if you love UW photography and need some cash - do similar as I do with my Philippine wallpapers - produce beautiful UW sceneries and publish as wallpapers and you may earn 10 times more money from healthy and strong business owners advertising on your site than you ever could make with a dental clinic and have enough to make sure no one on your island has toothache for the remainder of time due to lack of $.
There seriously are 3 main stream activities within each and every relationship:
- be useful for poor and needy ones
- have fun after each day's jobs done
- have ample time to share together in all 2 above to always remain in love while being useful and helpful to God's creation
I am sure you know and feel how things really need to be done to become a source of love and happiness for all around you.

I have plenty of experience from tropical dive resort operation in the Maledives to my own dive shop in Munich and divine all around the globe. Re small clinic on Capul for the local people
Just a thought out of my clinic time in Germany: Different from all others in that country, I opted to thread all my patients at home, amidst my family. It was the most beautiful experience to be at home, amidst loved ones and to be 24/7 available for any kind of medical/spiritual emergency and yet to never have to abandon your family or sit waiting at a lonely clinic waiting for patients to come or not to come.
Hence when considering the exact structure - since you have a huge house, think about having the dental office in your house or if that is too small, by adding a small appendix to the building for the dentail office. It's cheaper, and every free "waiting" minute you are always within your family and amidst all loved ones. Free to love, free to have fun, free to go swimming, snorkeling or SCUBA and yet in any emergency day or night you may be ready within just a few minutes.
Fish and chicken for dental treatment
That is a very healthy thought you have - that instead of getting money coming from Manila to your island, you receive directly what you would spend your money for: Food and all necessities of life.I am sure all your island community will be much more happy with that kind of solution. Me too I ran my clinic entirely based on honest donations in Germany and I had zero problems with the out-/and income. Sometimes we got money, sometimes dresses or toys for our children. We had plenty of all needed for a happy life!
Your house, photos and web site
YES I had a look at the beautiful beach scenery on your web site. The site seems to load extremely slowly. May be too many photos on a single page or too slow server. But that's someting for later to improve.
