As Georgi correctly said is correct and most direct/easiest and fastest
From Clark to Iloilo city you would pay approximately 110 US$ - one way - including terminal fees and Bus Caticlan-Iloilo city.

However Air Asia flights usually arrive late afternoon - too late to catch an airplane Caticlan ( Boracay ) flight by SEAIR - hence one night hotel in Angeles needed = approximately another 30-35 US$ including airport transfer - Clark / Angeles and back to Clark airport next day.

Other options to Iloilo city via Manila SuperFerry boat

there are other options - if traveler experienced enough to make it somewhat more complicated but also cheaper:

arriving Clark - go to Dau - that's the large Bus-terminal some 5 km away from airport with many busses per hour going to Manila.

there normally is NO direct bus Clark airport to Dau bus terminal - but there are now taxi at Clark airport to bring you to Dau bus terminal - OR - to Manila pier. A taxi Clark to Manila however would be about 3000 PHP. hence all savings gone.

From Manila - go to harbor and take Superferry from Manila to Iloilo

as you see the superferry only is some 1000 PHP/20 US$ - bus Dau to Manila about 200 PHP plus taxi 200 PHP from bus terminal to pier Manila.

Superferry is pleasant, clean and comfortable - just a little slower.
