Beautiful working environment - beauty at work - beauty at home

Work needs to be fun ! Hence working environment needs to be beautiful because we are made to enjoy beauty as a factor of quality of living. The farmers here have constructed most efficient and most rewarding agriculture environment but at the very same time all have contributed to the creation of a truly natural and beautiful working and living environment .... totally opposite of modern western farming with huge mono-cultures leading to ill nature managed only by herbicides and pesticides.

The mixed culture of rice fields, vegetable fields, fruit trees, blossoming trees and bushes in conjunction and mixed naturally with totally wild and jungle like growth of a huge variety of tropical trees, bushes and herbs - some edible, some just for healing and balancing all natural habitat in the mountains. These rice terraces just look like a park, like water gardens made to enjoy the heart and eyes of mankind living here or visiting this marvelous province in the high tropical mountains of Cordillera.
