Living in nature requires a self sustaining method of life - there is no supermarket or mall to go shopping.
Most of true life's need can be produced all on your own - missing items are traded against values you create on your own. Life is simple if all actively contribute and participate in real work.
Example poultry and egg farming. A few hens need neither shelter, housing nor food, food supplements nor medicine. All that a few hens need can be found for free in healthy clean nature. Hence all eggs are free and if you are non-vegetarian and prefer to eat chicken, then even chicken is free.
Eating chicken however is for people weak in mathematics. A hen may give 200" eggs a year - each about 70-80 grams. Resulting in 1,4-1,6 kg of eggs per year. One chicken weighs typically less than 1 kg. You kill one, you lose 0,5 kg or more of egg production the first year and 1,4-1,6kg egg production every additional year
Additionally - people can easily live a healthy life without eggs at all.
