The advantage of being your own boss

When you look at this man working hard in his ricefield, you may ask why is he working here ? What is his advantage of being his boss ?

Working hard never is an obstacle. Look at how many sportsmen workout many hours, almost daily, shifting tons in weights, jogging, walking or swimming miles each day. Hence many city / office workers have no physical work at work but work out after work. Hence hard work, sweating hours is no obstacle but rather a challenge for most.

Hence hard work never is rejecting work but work that makes you feel good, feel strong and truly healthy. The reason why farmers and all similar self-employed is the freedom to work in open air, fresh clean air and most importantly to be own boss. To be own boss means you can have your cup of coffee at any time, as long as you love, no boss bossing you like blue collar employees would experience in factories across the world.

To be your own boss leaves you freedom to do anything your own way. The simple fact that you have freedom to work or to relax in most cases results in even harder work because to HAVE the freedom of making a break gives you more power to work harder, to perform longer and better than if you are a slave-like employee. Thus the price of being your own boss is that you may have more work to do all on your own - but in most cases this more or harder work always is considered a positive part in life.

Being your own boss means that the entire results of your work, overtime, sweat, pain, investment comes directly proportional back to you. No fees deducted, no high paid CEO receives millions or hundreds or millions from your work before you get your tiny share. Being your own boss, you earn what you work. This rule lets most people work much harder, much longer, overtime, night time, holidays and work much more difficult jobs without complaints and without negative feelings. As your own boss you know the goals and you earn the fruits of your own goals all on your own if you keep working toward your goal. Being employed however in most cases results in more loss for investors, business owners, share holders, banks, government with all its various taxes, that finally most or all of the love for work and motivation to work is lost.

The benefits and results from your entire work always are fully and directly proportional to the efforts you invest. That working condition without any loss gives you near infinite power to work and to succeed in all you do in life.
