An entire valley of rice terraces looks beautiful from far. Looking from near as on this picture, you'll easily see that to create and to maintain such rice terraces is heavy continuous caring work. Even more the work to plant and harvest under these most difficult circumstances.
However the examples of these rice terraces are common for most farmers around the globe. farm work is hard work - yet without food no one even kings and queens can life. We all can live without paved roads, without airports and definitely without space shuttles and space programs costing Billions of $ in tax money paid by hard working people.
The most valuable we all can acquire is a healthy natural home and clean natural resources of food. All in a loving, sharing, helping social environment of best friends and loved ones.
With combined efforts and a loving family as a basis for life, we all can achieve any reasonable goal in life. Reasonable means a goal affordable by those wanting to achieve that goal. Reasonable also means goals in full harmony with God, with nature, with all human society!
Goals at the expense of others, goals at the expense of taxpayers, goals at the expense of underpaid labor, workers or modern "slaves" of industrial society never can be wise nor reasonable as such goals benefit only a few selected people rather than all - 100% - of human society.
