Desert can be turned into tropical like lush vegetation - if clean water is added. A desert like valley or mountain region such as the Banaue region in the picture shown can easily be turned into a treasure chest of most valuable food and living environment as well. Water needs to flow in abundance. Water flows downhill into oceans . in creeks or thru fields via sophisticated but simple irrigation systems such as used here in Banaue rice terraces. Once in the ocean - water sooner or later evaporates and rises to form clouds. Just to return back as rain. Hence water flows in a circle made by God. All we need to assure is to keep our water truly clean and flowing in its God prepared eternal cycle.
