An island may be small - yet it may take many years to explore just part of a small island

In the Maledives from 1979 - 1981 - I was living and working as a professional diving instructor for 2 full years on an island just some 150 mtrs by 350 mtrs and even after 2 years I never had the feeling I know everything above and below water.
