Beautiful small butterfly with long tail. That "tail" seems ot be normal for this species of butterflies. Size of the butterfly approx 3-4cm span with open wings.
Baguio is an amazing place for beautiful exotic butterflies. The butterfly sanctuary is near empty with only 2-3 different species - while in open air around Burnham park or here for this photo in the botanical garden it is very easy to find dozens of different colorful butterflies - close enough to make macro photos.
