Most people here still have a more healthy living environment than typical city population

It's never the quantity of space that matters but first of all the quality of space. The ocean around the island provides ample fresh air. The narrow island keeps traffic volume low - we have but one main road on the island with limited small size vehicles - mostly tricycles.
