Playgrounds in cities are expensive and no real fun at all. Artifial playgrounds are expensive and need maintenance. Spending money for something with little or no real fun at all is stupid if at the same time we have millions of trees, forests and natural areas available to all children. All children may need is permission to use and enjoy nature - permission from parents.
