Taifun damage on the beach of Albay - Bacacay

About one year after the last strong Taifun there still are many damage or totally wrecked houses and beach installations here. A sign that the local tourist industry is weak - too weak to pay for repair of useless items such as sun sheds on the remote black sand beaches of Albay.
