A tunnel into a nature world beyond. My Tuk Tuk driver missed it, I called stop stop, I saw a beautiful entry into a tropical nature scenery. Like a tunnel to a nature world beyond.
Yesterday ended as a truly beautiful day with a colorful sunset above Angkor temples. According to farmer rules this day ought to be as beautiful. And this day was even more beautiful than the previous day. Blue sky from horizon to horizon promised what I needed. Excellent light conditions for beautiful nature pictures way out in Cambodian province. The first part of my much earlier photo session was a full success - to be published a little later.
I enjoyed a beautiful and colorful sunrise. Meaning that tomorrow the weather might be rainy or cloudy again. But for today all was perfect. by the time of this picture it was about 0700 AM = exif data time minus 1 hour. My camera and server time is set to home time = PHT.
The sun was very low yet, the shadows long and I had problems keeping my own long shadow out of the nature scenery. The following 14 or so nature pictures all are from the minutes following this first shot.
Each second the sunlight got warmer and brighter. The nature colors more intense. The sky more beautiful as well. When planning very early morning nature photo sessions you have to time your own photo sessions according to your own geographical latitude. I am near equator always tropical and thus sunrise and sunset are nearly all year round near 6 o'clock morning and evening. With only minor variations during the calendar year.
