Blue sky and dark rain clouds side by side during rain season on Mindoro island. Wet season on Mindoro is different due to the islands high mountains near coast. Saturated rain clouds hit the island, climb up the mountains and the cooling during the climbing of the water saturated rain clouds results heavy rain fall. Up to several times a day a rain shower - followed by a blue sky period is normal on Mindoro island. Mindoro is one of my preferred Rain season place to work because of the regular daily sunshine periods thro0ughout the entire rain season. Of course there are extended periods of several days only blue sky but there are never several days of only dark clouds as clouds are emptied continuously as soon as the hit the mountains.
