a few files are excluded from successful validation as HTML 4.01

all files of spiritual content and all files I have entirely created have validated HTML code and and have prooven ZERO errors in HTML code accordding to W3C.

however there are a VERY few administrative files that contain foreign code ( mainly in LINKS ) that sometimes is so terrible dirty code it fails any attempt to validate.

the VERY few files with partially or totally WRONG W3C HTML 4.01 code are:

1. all files in the FAQ forum ( it's commercial software !! ) its code is simply terrible !! including the many broken links.
2. and the portal pages for the web rings ( web rings require to insert ring-code to be INSIDE that web ring as a member site ) such code is often wrong but still working ;-))
