instead of focusing on existing problems, differences between partner and self, illness or war, you should:
- focus on your divine goals on love and GOD
and all other sources of disharmony will vanish in the fire of divine love
the more you spiritually progress
- the more the principle of samyama becomes evident and powerful in BOTH ways !
i.e. the MORE you progress - the faster you can progress OR the faster you can fall again into troubles and darkness !!!!!!!!!!
