How to find out the maximum size of any business ?
a few very simple conditions need to be met by ALL business to make ANY business ideal and manageable and thus keep and stay out of any trouble. here the clear points to be met:
- at any time any customer always has the divine right to have direct, most efficient access to the "boss" - to the one person in direct charge of his problem. this may be the owner of the business or the one technician who really and physically does the one particular job that customer needs to have done.
- the actual owner is working in the business and has personal direct knowledge and skills of any and every part of his business and hence directs and manages his business on the basis of direct knowledge and direct skills and experiences resulting from practical work IN his business. this means that a true "boss" of any business has started his career at the very bottom of HIS business and has worked all the way up - knowing every position, having done every job in any position in his business and is familiar with all customers personally
- a boss is available to all his customer in the direct, personal or most efficient way of communication to any customer for any inquiry any customer may have.
- a boss takes personally care of any and all the needs and problems of any customer may have
- a boss always is directly and fully responsible and liable in full for anything his business does. that means very clearly - NO "Inc Ltd" (Incorporation limited) or similar. Ltd means nothing else but limited liability, limited responsibility - but in eternal spiritual life ALL are fully liable and responsible for all they ever do - even if they do it from behind the disguise of an "Inc Ltd", in the name of ... "people", "law", "government" or from behind similar constructed business !!!
- every "employee" can see his boss at any time for any reason - including for regular private and personal talk and socializing and can have a direct relationship of true loving friendship with his "boss "!
- a "boss" is always best friend, lover and helper of ALL - "customers" and "employees" alike
- a business is managed and built as a "family business" where spiritual growth and LOVE among and toward ALL is highest and first and only priority at any and all time and all - including family members and children of any "employee" - are welcome at any time.
ANY business should be just like God's creation where everybody can always and at any time directly talk to God, see God, become ONE with God and bring ALL his friends or family members to God ! God is always fully aware of any even smallest aspect of life in all creation and always takes direct care of any real problem whenever ask to do so or whenever needed for the overall wellbeing of anyone and/or all.
