God made everything perfect - so perfect that even when mankind abuses or misuses something and an action leads to disaster - disaster leads to more love and ultimately in a solution of love and finally in spiritual progress for all.
Perfect projects, actions or creatures NEVER need maintenance. Hence you make them ONCE and forever - perfect creations evolve as the act and experience and progress.
If however you are satisfied with anything less than perfect creations - you may have to reincarnate again and again to maintain your creations.
Imperfect creations may need constant energy, constant maintenance, constant control, constant adjustments, ...
When God made US to HIS image - he gave US all knowledge and divine potential to evolve to HIS realized divine adult image on our very own. Hence if WE put ALL our divine potential into ALL our creations - then all our creations last forever and will evolve WITH our needs and our own spiritual progress.
