Weak ones depend on others as well as their happiness depends on others.
Weakness however results only from loss of spirituality and the result of "distance" to God. Weakness is the result and accumulation of karma and a messed up life.
As a result of a messed up life and too much accumulated karma and unsolved / escaped spiritual lessons in your life you get weaker and weaker and depend more and more on others for YOUR happiness and even for plain physical survival, food and health-care.
Families staying with a weak one do so for PITY. Pity however is different from love - pity of others may keep you alive but may make you never happy as YOU create and ARE a burden for those having pity FOR YOU.
To carry on a burden - a weak one in a strong family may be kind of a service of love - but it never can give you the situation needed to grow strong. To grow strong and clean up YOUR life - YOU need the full resistance that YOU have created to exercise, practice and grow stronger - YOUR power of LOVE has to grow stronger than your karma. Hence YOU have to clean up your very own mess first and this clean up process can only be done with love - with YOUR love and this gives YOU the opportunity to develop POWER of LOVE yourself. such Power of LOVE is needed to make your family happy - truly happy inside and outside and to be an asset to your family and the entire divine creation - for eternity.
You hate your family if you remain weak and a burden or sick and actually want to punish them with your sickness and weakness.
However if you truly LOVE your family - then you give your self a constant kick to grow stronger and stronger and more wise and more divine - to be an ever loving and happiness creating asset for all - your family and all others as well.
When you have grown strong after cleaning up your very own life and after having dissolved your very own karma on your own and have become spiritual and one with God - then you will experience permanent inner balance and harmony with God, wellbeing and health - and as a result you are happy on your own. Happy and strong people in relationship with others happy strong people MULTIPLY such happiness and create even MORE everlasting bliss and joy for each others - JOINT divine power of love is far greater than the added individual forces !!!
YOU and no one else are fully responsible for YOUR strength and balance in your life - YOU are responsible to fully and alone clean up your mess first and develop power of love on your very own. And as YOU progress on your sincere efforts to develop power of love - you will attract more and more divine bliss from God and others to ease your progress. But all first steps always are your very own steps ! Because YOU are the one to benefit from your very own power of love for eternity most !!!
To create karma you needed to deploy lots of energy - destructive power ! and since you had such energy and did such destructive efforts - you will now proof that your own wellbeing is wort as much or more to you than the previous destruction of your god given wellbeing.
YOU had the power to destroy divinity - hence you easily will have the necessary power of love to heal and re-establish your divinity and harmony again. The more efforts you need therefore the more careful you will handle your later on attained divinity again.
